Disappointing
This is the second pair of BeatsX that I purchased (8/21/2020) and they have disappointed me for the second time. They will not hold a charge and will power off on their own once I am able to get them fully charged. I had the same issue with the first pair and thought it was due to user error. This second time around I purchased additional warranty just incase should this issue happen again, and it did. I registered my warranty with the Allstate insurance same day as I purchased them. I tried filing a claim and Allstate is "unable" to find my warranty. So disappointed.

    The buds were a dud.
    The buds arrived on time, packed nice but it would not charge, hold a charge or work.

    I bought these and I opened the box and they will not power on. I plugged them into several different chargers and they will not power on. They are a piece of junk and I'm trying to return them! I have emailed them and haven't received an email with a return shipping label like I was suppose to! I'm very unsatisfied!

    Product stopped working after a day of use. It started working again for a few weeks and is having the same issue connecting with Bluetooth again. Difficult to file a claim even though I bought a protection plan - waste of my time. I wouldn't buy electronics from Walmart. Lesson learned.

    Difficult powering on
    I wouldve rated w/ 5 ⭐️ but its difficult to make it connect to device ~even having the item listed on your Bluetooth product ~had this purchased for myself by my husband

    Weight on cord needs fixed by Dr Dre
    First there is nothing wrong on the Seller's behalf - It is the actual headphones. The controllers (charging and volume) are too heavy and pull the buds out of your ears, at least mine. I tried the different sizes of buds included but as I moved around they would just pull out.

    Weak battery life.
    Unfortunately I had to send two pair back. Would not hold a charge. I really wanted to like these and keep them but.. they failed me. Love the idea of the connected ear pieces so that they wont get lost easily. I may have to consider AirPods. But dont like how they are not connected.

    If u have an iphone and find them under $50
    Amazing earphones, i work in the automotive field so i beat them alot. Only downfall is that they have a common problem with the battery. They tend to go bad and my 1st pair did not hold a charge after 8 months. Luckily i happend to be at my local walmart today and found them for $21 and honestly i could not let that slide and i got i got 2 pairs for me and my wife. Normally they retail for $80-$90 ish but knowing how the battery is i ONLY got them again (second pair) because of the low price.
