100% satisfaction :) !!
I ordered my headphones a week ago and since then they have worked really good. They are really what I expected. I got the rose gold ones and they are super cute. What I like on this purchase is that the product arrive really fast and in good conditions and everything is brand new.

Watch Out! Previously Owned!
No where in the description did it say the headphones were previously owned. They came in a damaged box that clearly had been opened before. Original stickers were removed. The owner's manual was opened. When I paired them to my iPhone it had the previous owners name still saved on them. There also was markings on the right side of the headphones above the ear piece but I was able to get it off. It would have been nice if the sellers were honest in the description. Next time I'll just buy through Apple's website instead so I know I'm getting a brand new product.

    amazing product.
    Got this for the gym since the airpods keep falling out of my ear and let me tell you they are just amazing! I love the sounds on these, I got them in glossy white and they are just beautiful. These are great and battery lasts days without having to recharge.

    Sound is great, pretty comfortable, and charge last for days. Ear pads are a little smaller than expected but I've got a big head. Size is not a problem!

    The USB that plugs into my Beats headphones into my computer broke within less then a month. of purchasing my headphones .I could only hear one side clearly. The warranty is only 30 days for return. I could not return due to I missed the cut off day.

    It all depends what you like
    I liked the packing, the color black was beautiful. I purchased these last night. Tested them out for a couple hours. I have to say I wasn't really feeling them! They're beautiful! They fit well but would loosen up a bit when I moved my head down. It's very easy to pair with an Apple phone. Over all it is a nice product but it's just not as loud as I imagined that's the only reason why I returned them. Also they're not as big as the other beats I've seen people wear. Instead I purchased the “beats studio buds” color white. Let me tell you!!! HANDS DOWN DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT 10out of 10!! They do not come off your ear great for working out, they're louder in my opinion, etc. overall beats are amazing everyone just has their own preferences.

    These are awesome! My sis bought a pair in 2017. Ive been using hers for about 2 months. I didn't want to spend this amount of money for headphones. I didn't have to. These were an early birthday present from my Mother. My birthday isn't until August.

    Don't believe these reviews saying the item is fake, it is not. It came in its authentic packaging with all its parts. My son loves it and it works beautifully.

    They came in a new box and everything but the earphones were already used and scratched up not worth it even if thye were in clearance doesn't state that these earphones were used already

    I love my beats and how comfortable they are, I just wish it came with my 3.5mm remote talk cable that it said it would come with. Not sure if there was a mix up with Walmart or whoever shipped it
