Buyer Beware!!!! Apple voids warranty over tape.
Within 2 months, the adjustable slide broke. We made a temporary repair of tape to keep them in place and continued to use them. Then, they wouldn't charge. Because we used tape to hold the sliding ear piece in place, they said it was an "unauthorized modification" and refused to honor the warranty. Buyer beware!!!!! Tape will void your warranty and Apple doesn't care. They have a corner on the market and have your money. You can order a "replacement" at current value which is $40 more than I originally paid. What a joke! Now my 8 year old son doesn't have headphones to use for virtual school.

    Disappointing
    I have not had these long, is them maybe once a week watching my show while the baby sleeps. Ear pads are peeling and falling apart. Always in the case put away when not in use. First pair of Beats and I'm pretty disappointed. For the price and the hype I expected so much more! My skull candy before these are three years old and in better shape than these beats a couple of months old.

    Wrong color in my box... This is not funny....
    I order the purple beats.. and clearly I was sent the wrong ones. The blue colored ones was in my box.. Clearly you think this is a joke to pay this much for headphones and get the wrong color. I am so upset and this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

    Great battery, durable, expected a louder sound
    Great quality and battery life. Only issue is I thought they would be louder then what they were. Gives out decent volume, Just had very high expectations. Doesnt cancel noise as much as anticipated. Still love them though!

    Great
    So far so good. Just received my product today. Nice volume and sound. Music plays amazing and talking on them is ok. It's clear on my end and almost clear on the other end, far as them hearing me. I purchased these since they were on sale $99 you can't beat the price. Love the color and size. Charging and battery life seems to be great as well. Again only had beats for one day.

    Worth the money, sound great!
    Connects to my phone super fast, sound is very clear, worth the money. Comes with wire connector as well. Very comfortable, longest I went so far is roughly 2 hours.

    Stopped working and no Warranty support
    Stopped working after 9 months. Walmart is sending to Apple (manufacturer) for 1-year warranty and Apple record says that their record says walmart bought 5 months before actual sale and therefore out of warranty. Shuttling between Walmart, Best Buy and Apple from the last 15 days. Pathetic service.. writing review while waiting in Apple store.. 45 min and still going...
