A little box of mismatched parts
Inside the box is a template that helps to accurately mount the device. It is clear-cut that this is to be mounted to one 2X4 stud. It appears quite simple

    Manufactured holes don't line up
    This product needed some fixing to make it work. Out of the box: screw holes were not aligned so the unit is not quite level, which is critical when installing a Tv mount.

    Tilt mechanism is trash.
     If you have never mounted a TV before, do not buy this product. I've put together numerous items (from electronics to furniture) over the past several decades, and these are the most shoddy instructions I've ever seen.

    The item was not as advertised
    Did not work for the tv it was ordered for, and that tv was listed. Then by the time I had some to install, and it didn't work. It was to late by 3 day's to return.

    Ok I bought this on a whim without doing research. We have a 50in Samsung LED Smart TV with a flat back. First, Samsung uses 45mm M8 - 1.25 bolts for the bottom two holes on the VESA format and 35-40mm on the top two
