    GREAT!
    I LOVE this chickpea pasta. I love everything chickpea that Barilla makes. Yes, it doesn't taste EXACTLY like regular pasta but it's close enough and it is SO GOOD.

    Tastes good, not exactly pasta
    This "pasta" holds together (some earlier gluten free noodles disintegrated while cooking) and has a nice flavor. The texture is okay. It comes close to wheat pasta but there are small differences in taste, texture, and how sauces cling to it.
