I am happy the gift came the next day but disappointed that it was raining and left on porch on a plastic bag and not a box to protect it.

    Beautiful barbies...packaging not so good

    Barbie Fashionista Retro Doll
    I brought this doll for my granddaughter who has a massive Barbie collection especially the fashionista line. I could wait to purchase the newest fashionista dolls for her and I love the new red plastic case the come in instead of the regular box. This is a very pretty doll and it reminds my of the work out craze or rock fashions from the 80's when I was a teenager. So I love sharing a time capsule of my history with her and she loves showing her fashionista collection on her YouTube channel Cecilia's Castle.

    Amazing clothes
    Bought 2 of her for the outfit only. The reason? She is Millie, we do not need more of her but she hits the jackpot for Mattel every year so she is entitled to the best clothes of the fashionistas. Oh, yes they do that on purpose! Her face is updated, her eyebrows are more intense, a good thing. She looks a bit more human this way, but her nose and lips need work. Real people have lips to put lipstick on and noses (where is her nose bone, eaten by a mouse?) to wipe. She does not need the collector over the top fake lips but something more than what she already has. I love the blue lip of another fashionista of the same line, not the color but the shape. How come Millie never has that?

    Fun and Adorable
    I absolutely love this new Fashionista! Let's start with the packaging. Mattel is now using these great clear plastic zippered cases instead of boxes and they are great! This Barbie is winner. She has a great Malibu look with really fun stylish clothes. Her hair is really long and pulled back into 2 low pigtails. Her shoes are a clear hot pink tennis shoe and she comes with retro purple sunglasses. My daughter can't stop playing with her. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    We received this right before Christmas. My daughter is 5 and she was absolutely thrilled to see this doll! This doll came with her hair in pig tails and super awesome retro trendy clothes!
