    Walmart do better - ship in a box not envelope
    Again. My complaint is not the item. The dolls were great. The dolls arrived in crushed boxes because they were shipped in envelope and not a box. You need quality control at your distribution centers because they lack the quality Walmart was known for. Almost every order I have had from Greenfield, IN and others have some damage. These dolls surely cannot be gifted or even displayed. The same with dolls I received after these. Returning them to a store is not an option. I am a senior sheltered at home which is why I order online. I should not have to return them. Walmart will no longer be my first shopping choice, even if I have to pay more.
