Exactly what I was looking for
The box it comes in is very compact and very heavy. I installed this with good power tools and between two adults who are no strangers to DIYs. It took a good 5-6 hours total. The instructions are definitely above average. The set is definitely smaller than what you would get from well known stores(minimum $1,500 these days). I actually prefer smaller right now as my son is only 2.5 years old. Love the color and styling. I upgrade one of the swings which I would say is a must. My nephew who is almost 5 also loves it and they both can play in it at the same time.

I am not happy with this purchase.
I am not happy with this purchase. I am not sure if I received a bad batch, but many wood pieces were damaged. I wish I could return it, but it takes too much time to put everything back in the box.

    Toddler's New Favorite
    Our son absolutely loves this. Has a blast going on the slide and could spend hours on the swing. A great purchase and would highly recommend this for a toddler.

    Not the best
    I like that my granddaughter has a place to play at the backyard. With that said, it took like 8 hours to build. Some holes had to be drilled which was annoying. There is nothing to cover the screws'heads so they don't show. Ither than that, my granddaughter loves it!

    Small, not for big kids but also not for little ki
    When we opened the box, it was discouraging to see all of those wooden pieces to be assembled. It took my husband 9 hours to fix. The swings were very low, even with the adjustment straps. Its a small playground swing set. (I guess you get what u paid for, since we went for the lesser expensive swing set) the age limit is not for 0-3 (assuming years old, lol) but its actually short enough for less then 3 years olds. For older kids it doesnt seem too sturdy enough. The difficult part was also nailing the legs to the ground, with the tools provided, it seemed impossible (couldnt be done) so we left it alone. I had to buy an additional baby swing and swap it for the big kid swing, because it just seems that its not strong enough for a 10 year old, but apparently not designed with the right tools for a little kid. Its an OK product, i guess its best to save up and invest on a bigger and better (expensive) swing set.

    We love our Backyard Discovery Swingset!
    We are very pleased with our purchase! It is the perfect size for our two year old and she will be able to use it for several years. All of the pieces arrived in perfect condition. We are satisfied with every aspect of this little swingset. It took us about 5.5 hours to assemble. We added a toddler swing in the short-term even though our girl is capable of swinging on the swing.

    The box it came in I thought it would be small arrived 2 days early and assembly was some work definitely have 2 people to help and expect some hours to be put into building overall I love it and my 2 year old dose too

    Good product and easy to follow instructions
    Appreciated the instruction manual layout, in that it was broken down in small steps with what wood and hardware was needed for each step. Hardware was all separated and marked very well for easy identification. Found the additional downloadable app EXTREMELY helpful for those of us that like to see it in action vs just look at a picture with arrows. Note that the swing in our photo did not come with kit, we purchased it separately.

    Perfect Size for Toddler
    This is perfect size for my toddler. I wouldn't recommend for kids over age 6, since it is small, but if your child is ages 2-6 and full of energy, this is exactly what you need. Directions were easy to follow if you are organized. Laying out and organizing all of the parts took about an hour and a half. Actual construction took about 4-5 hours, using two people and two drills. If using the tools that come with the set, construction would probably take a lot longer. Once assembled and anchored down, this play set is quite sturdy. Its was also super easy to switch out the swings for two baby/toddler swings if youre kids arent ready for the belt swings like mine. Good priced and a perfect size that wont take over your yard.

    4 hours? Maybe 7 if you are lucky.
    4 hours on average my butt. More like 7-8 hours. It would have only taken 4 hours if the holes had been drilled properly and all of the pieces were there. My husband and I had to re-drill holes and improvise on the missing parts. If you have more than one kid, this isn't for you. If your kid is older than 8, this isnt for you. Very flimsy and small. Thankfully we only have one kid and he is two so he fits it perfectly but in about 3 years we will have to get something new.
