Not worth the money!
Purchased the tablet for my daughters birthday, due to weather conditions it was at a location for 7 days at around 5 days I asked for a second one to be sent and the original to be returned. There is no phone number associated with the company and everything is done through email. GENERATED email. I was told that once it left their store that nothing can be done and that it is now on me to try to retrieve the package. Okay, so after three weeks I finally received the tablet. Turned it on and it was at 99% NICE!.... NOT! After setting up the tablet it was dead. So I placed it on charge for approximately 5 hours and it was almost fully charged.... have it to my daughter for her birthday and it died again within the first hour. So I placed it back on charge. Again about an hour or so I looked at it to check the progress of charging, it was EXTREMELY HOT to where I was concerned and unplugged it. At this point it had only charged up to about 15%. That's the battery now, to the functions, it runs SOOOO SLOW. Now I understand that it's a cheaper tablet and I get what I paid for however, there is nothing downloaded to this thing. Netflix and Disney plus that is all. It crashes and will not connect to the wifi half the time. It functions as if it was loaded with viruses that destroyed the thing. I've read the reviews and figured I would give it a shot it can't possibly be as bad as what just a few people had wrote.... TRUST ME when I say it is just that bad! I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy. The only good to this thing is the casing. It's a great rubber case my child as many others loves putting things in her mouth and I was very pleased with the softness of the case. But, that's it! This tablet is nothing to brag about and will cause more headache then it's worth. I will be attempting to return and get a full refund before it crashes. Very upset that I have to return my child's birthday gift at this point but I'd rather spend a little more money and get something worth it. Oh, one last thing. There are NO learning apps installed. It wasn't a big deal to me at first I figured in time as she grows we could install the learning apps however now that I've encountered all these other issues I figured I would just add that in as well. I hope this review helps people in making their choice in NOT purchasing this tablet. Recap: •no customer service available Walmart is just the middle man and can't help only to give refund. •no pre installed learning apps •battery life won't last 2 hrs even if screen is off •tablet over heats •charge time takes longer then tablet is in use •apps crash •screen freezes •wifi Connection issues •extremely slow •poor quality. •great rubber case.

    Best Tablet for Kids
    I really like this tablet for my child because we had given her an Amazon fire tablet but I couldn't download certain things onto the kids time part of the tablet. So with this being a kids android tablet I am able to download the things that she likes to use that would normally be on my phone like Youtube Kids. This is a decent tablet for the price.

    Check your device purchases for Malware people!
    I bought this tablet as a Christmas gift. the charger that was sent with the tablet does not work at all. So I purchased new charger, after a full charge to the battery the tablet is dead again within an hour. The tablet also generates a lot of heat from the back side which this starts happening within a few minutes of use. The most concerning problem that I have with this tablet is in reference to the software that came pre-installed as a system setting. I downloaded the Malwarebytes app as I do on all my devices. And it pulled up a PUP program in the system files, under the Video app. which obviously means it cannot be uninstalled! I'm sending it back I want my money returned, and I won't an explanation as to why the seller is still rated as a pro under Walmart, when it clearly shows a 63% rating from customers. A child's tablet, with pre- installed malware was on the Christmas list!!!

    Amazing First Tablet
    Purchased this tablet for my 2 year old as a birthday gift. We set it up and it was super easy. This tablet has worry free parental set up. We downloaded a ton of apps so it's ready to go when it's opened. Can't hardly wait to let the learning begin.

    did all research and finalize this one
    i was too cautious and concerned about kids eyes. after lots of research, came to this one. Main attention was choice of colors and decent size. just received the item. so excited for my kids to use this. PS: will update the performance of this soon
