    First of all, snow cone tastes really good. it's basically the same flavor as arctic ice in best bcaa. Mixes perfectly, no residues. After about 2 week of usage noticed some iprovements in strength. Took 1 scoop post workout. Towards the end of my tub added some lbs to my bench press.Pumps felt better.
