This product has outperformed any other BCAA I'Äôve used from different brands. I can notice the difference in my daily workouts. This is my new go to I'Äôve bought it twice already.

Not half bad
Definitely helps with weight loss have seen a difference since i started. Taste is horrible its strong tasting and leaves an after taste. This is definitely an aquired taste. I take it like a shot and flush it with water . Besides the taste i say push through the nasty taste

    Made me sweat a lot
    Mostly stacked this product with a pre-workout and such combination made me sweat a lot. I mean A LOT. Snow cone is my favorite flavor. In 8-10oz it's perfect. On non-workout days, used it as a first thing in the morning.

    Curious about calorie estimation
    Hello, I am enjoying the BPI Best BCAA Shredded in Blue Raz flavor. It is not tart, and is delicious blended with ice like a daiquiri. I am curious about the calorie estimation per 11 gram serving, perhaps 44 calories? Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day!
