And the the taste is not as good as previous formula. CLA + Carnitine had 20 calories I used it to flavor my water and well that's better than drinking soda. Plus those 2 ingredients are good together CLA keeps the fat that your taking in and uses that as energy and carnitine an amino acid that uses your already stored fat cells as energy Attached is images of the old formula which was EpicEternal MJ

I purchased both the Fruit Punch and Hurricane Orange (Vitamin Shoppe exclusive) and use it twice a day as recommended. The fruit punch is very good tasting, while the HO is so strong you need to mix one scoop in 16oz of water to be able to drink it. I have yet to see any real benefits from this product. It does provide a small amount of energy, yet usually half way through my lifts I am beginning to yawn. I also do not see the need for such a high dosage of vitamin D3. 10,000 iu's per dose? Really? There is no reason for that much Vit-D to be in this product. I don't plan on purchasing this again once I finish off the container of the HO I have left. I would skip this and just eat clean, bust backside and take the basics.Heavy Lifter

It just says natural and artificial flavors. I don't know how the fda allows that. Also they add maltodextrin which is a starch. What really bugs me is they add food coloring to it. I'm a little allergic to the food coloring red 40 it comes from coal tar. I don't see why that's a good idea. I guess in rat studies the rats were less weight along with their brains being smaller and lowered their reproductive abilities. I mean do they really need to add extra chemicals just to make it change colors? Is this for kids or adults? Id be fine with it being clear our cloudy.Stautihar
