Waste of Money
I was so excited about finally purchasing this product but the first time that I used it this past weekend I was very disappointed. It left clums of dog hair and mud streaks across my hard wood floors within the first 1/2 hour of using it. I had to go over the same areas several times with no avail. I got frustrated with it and decided not to use it any more.

    LOVE this machine! I am the founder of Green Acres Farm Animal Foundation and we have all kinds of mess happening on the floors and this machine helps keep things livable! Great at picking up fur!

    The crosswave system is ideal to clean up behind your dogs
    We have large Newfoundland dogs that make it a challenge to keep our floors clean. The crosswave helps us keep our wood floors clean.

    Very happy with my purchase
    I renovated my home and used the Crosswave to clean the new tile floor (1800 sq. ft.). It performed like a champ. The Multisurface Formula left a fresh scent that was not overpowering and powered through the dust and dirt left from the crews that were in and out constantly. It was also easy to clean. When I was done, it stored easily in the Rinse, Clean Out and Storage Tray.

    I highly recommend the Crosswave
    I purchased the Crosswave to take care of my newly installed tile floor. The area is over 1800 sq. ft. and handled the task easily. The multisurface cleaner left a fresh scent that wasn't overbearing and the unit's suction took care of the areas that I had to apply some extra cleaning fluid. I followed the recommendation of going over the area a second time without applying the fluid, in order to help dry the area a bit faster. I will be using the Crosswave to take care of a few large rugs that will be put down, shortly and I am sure it will take care of them the way it handled the tiles. I have a 2 year old that will certainly put it to the test, but I am sure it will handle anything she throws at it.

    Why didn't I buy this sooner!
    I have a textured vinyl floor that never seems clean after mopping. My only regret with the CrossWave Pet Pro, is that I didn't buy it sooner! This machine is amazing and it's easy to keep clean. I highly recommend!!! #sweepstakes

    A must have for anyone with hard floors!
    Our new home has wood heat and hard floors, plus a cat and dog who shed. Keeping up was exhausting! Now I get a sweep/mop clean in under 30 minutes for the whole house and the hair/ dirt isn't being sent back into the air! Total win! #sweepstakes

    A must have for anyone with hard floors!
    We moved into a home with wood heat and hard floors. Add a cat and dog who both shed to the mix and daily sweeping with occasional mopping was exhausting! I can do my whole house in under 30 minutes and get a sweep/mop clean! Plus the water catches the hair so it's not going back into the environment. My house is cleaner and I can breathe!

    Crosswave is the new wave!!!
    This is the second Crosswave I have purchased...obviously I love it. In fact, I just finished my kitchen floor a few minutes ago!! I also love the multisurface products. They clean well and leave a fresh clean odor. I strongly recommend the Crosswave. My cousin also purchased one and loves to too.

    This is one magnificent product. With 4 parrots and 2 dogs, this is a must have as the German Shepherd brings in half the back yard to the hard wood floors. With this I am able to keep up with them.

    Greatest thing ever invented!!
    This is awesome!!! It got stains out of my carpet that had been there for years!!! It also did great on my vinyl floors. Very easy to use and clean up. Worth every penny!!! Pictures are from before and after where my son spilled Dr Pepper years ago.
