There is no customer service
PROS:The comfort is unbelievable! Love the way it looks. CONS: The shield was ripped straight out of the box. The manual made no sense at all. ***Worst of all I contacted the company and gave them all the information they requested - multiple times and they told me to take it back to Walmart. It was already assembled. I would not recommend this chaise on the basis of the material and the absolute lack of customer service.

    Love it
    Omg i love it! The color is so beautiful, and the seat is spacious and comfortable. Im not much of an outdoor person, so my husband suprised me with it so i can enjoy the beauty of the backyard, and... it did the job! I cant get enough of it

    Perfect... just the best...
    We Love these! It has made our backyard patio a place where we can relax! Providing shade and comfort ... we love that they gently rock. So happy with this leap! Have never been attracted to the normal backyard chaise Design... the bit of whimsy in this design suits us just fine! We fold the bottom of the pad up because we have lots of trees... and the umbrella keeps the Leaves off...we just brush them off the bottom part

    Chair looks good but other issues
    Don't use this somewhere where its going to get wet (so no rain ). Had ours out back and after a rain, it's like a sponge. Very hard to dry up. The chair Sat has sat in the sun all day and you still get soaking wet from the padding underneath. The chair is decent and easy to set up. However, The cover will fly off with any wind. Good luck with yours
