Great gaming desk
I was looking for a new desk to replace a stand in one. If you're into PC gaming, or looking for something not too complicated this is perfect. It has a large flat work space. The table top itself is 41" x 26". There are two satellite speaker trays that widen it's space. The legs are triangular, and very sturdy. The desk has an elevated monitor stand. I actually have a 27" LCD TV on it instead of a monitor which is holding up just fine. The weight limit is 40lbs so unless you have some unwieldy CRT or tube type you should be fine. This does allow room for my center speaker. The other niceties are the cup holder that hooks onto the legs. There is a hook that juts out to hold any stereo/surround headsets you use. Also, a second shelf that you can set mobile devices on that allow you to run charge cords up to. There are two trays underneath, front and back. The front one has a pen holder cubby, and holds all your paperwork. The back tray can be used for a surge protector, or any other power strip you use. This has been a great decision that I was originally a bit skeptical on. I enjoy having a large work surface again, as well as getting my keyboard and mouse off of the pull out shelves so many other desks use now.

Arrived damaged
When the box arrived, I noticed a gash in the box and when the desk was removed, there was a ding on the front of the desk. It's a bummer because it was a Christmas gift.

Dont shy away from this just bc you're not a gamer
Been meaning to leave this review for a long time now, it was the end of last summer that I got this. I LOVE this desk. An untimely ceiling water leak forced me to what I'd long wanted to do, replace the desk that I'd made myself over 10 years ago. Though this thing is primarily advertised as a "gaming desk", the more I looked at it the more I realized it could be perfect for all my basic needs, including just wanting a major aesthetic change. A small physical thing but to me a HUGELY helpful thing is the separate cup holder that can hook onto one of the legs. I was tired of accidentally spilling my drink when having it somewhere on top of my old desk. I've never seen that in a desk before. As you can maybe seen in my photo, I've left off some of the accessory pieces, I used just the ones that helped make my needs work. Getting to leave my speakers off the actual desktop is a big plus, but by far more than anything what I love that I'm able to do here is to do with the monitor. Full disclosure, my monitor is 40" big, and the site says the maximum is 32", BUT it also says the maximum weight is 40lbs, and my screen's only 27lbs. I made a judgement call at purchase time that I could make it safely work, and I was right. Getting to have my monitor up off the top of the actual desk is just an incredible improvement over the old days. Just to keep it extra safe I did strap a couple strands of duct tape around the stand and bottom of the monitor, I'm fine with how it looks and even before I did that there wasn't really any worrisome wobble. The way the stand naturally hooks onto the desk, it does decline somewhat toward the front of it (so they're not exactly 100% parallel) but I just shoved a small cut cube of several old magazine pages underneath each of those rails to raise it back to being "straight". While the body of the desktop itself seems to be just wood (but a very strong one, not balsa crap here), I also really love the special finish they have covering the whole top. If I do happen to have a drink up on top for a bit, or any other small amount of liquid gets poured/spilled across it, the good news is whatever this material is, it doesn't seem to stain it. The liquid wipes very easily right off. So yeah even if you happen to be a big computer guy but have nothing whatsoever to do with gaming, trust me this can still be a very useful, affordable desk for you. I paid even a little higher than what the sale price is the day I'm writing this, and I'm still happy with the price I got. Honestly I feel kinda dorky saying it but it is sort of ridiculous how much I love this desk lol I looked at many different ones from several different sites, I think I came out alright.

    Good fit great add ons!
It was just as hard as any desk to put together, but that was to be expected. So far so good. Still working on my full set up but I believe this desk is a great option if you're working with a small space.

    Gaming desk
I like the actual desk itself it was just the assembled part was difficult. The holes didn't line up to good with the parts. We had to bend the parts to make it even with the holes. Even with a drill it's hard to get the screws all the way in.

    Great Value
I purchased this for my son who now has to do school from home due to quarantine. He wanted functional and gaming in one. This desk did not disappoint. Easy to assemble (he did it) and he hasn't complained. Great value for the price as we found it to be priced lower on Walmart then on others! Thanks Walmart!

    Not bad
Quality of construction was good in most parts. The surface of the desk has an almost carbon fiber texture to it which is pretty cool and unexpected. The personal device platform / holder is sort of out of reach, I don't think I'll be using it much. I'm 6' and I still have to lean forward to reach it, and I'd have to disconnect it from its charging cable every time. So I'll probably just leave it next to my keyboard like usual. The platform where the monitor sits was a bit poorly designed, and not braced nearly enough to prevent a monitor wobble from the even slightest of desk bumps. Typing this review I can see the monitor swaying back and forth, side to side. All screws were made very tight. This could have been easily resolved by having a way to secure the platform supports on the top as well as the bottom. It helped a lot when I put a couple pennies in the right places.

    Really Great
This desk is more than what I expected. It's nice, fairly easy to put together, and goes well with the new computer I just bought that arrived on the same day I picked my desk up. The one con I have about it is during the assembly process. Some of the holes they have aren't drilled far enough and are a pain to try and get the screws in. The legs went in fine, it's mostly the CD stand, charging station, and speaker docks that gave us the most trouble. Unfortunately, even with the extra drilling we did, we still had to add either a nut or 3-4 washers to make sure that the screws held the piece tight like it should be. There's also a hole that needs to be drilled all the way through to the top of the desk for the CD stand as it has a hole in the bar for a screw. Essentially this screw that screws in from the top of the desk through the bar on the CD rack is to make sure that it sits level on the desk and is mostly for aesthetic looks rather than purpose. We didn't feel like drilling the hole all the way through, and just kept the screw in the bag incase we happen to lose one.
