Awesome game, one of the best I've played in a very long time. The story line is good, the controls are extremely fluid. The seamlessness of this game is off the charts, interaction with the crowd and its effect on the game is outstanding. Graphics are outstanding, lighting engine is outstanding. This game is second to none.

Meh
I hate to say it, but I have to share the other peoples' sentiment about the repetitiveness of this game. It was cool for the first fifteen minutes to go "Ooh, I just (insert violent way to kill enemy here) and went into prayer mode without them even knowing I was there!" Ugh, the beggars. It has an interesting plot, but the gameplay itself kills it. It had so much potential. Has no replay value.

    Dont let them Fool you
I was a little hesitant while unwraping this one... You see I have heard several mixed reviews about Assassins Creed, more hanging on the negative side than the positive. Talking about how the game starts to feel quite repetitive,( which game doesnt after a long time, but we wont get into all that ) But I was Pleasantly surprised to find out that this game not only WASN'T bad, but quite the contrary. It has a fresh take on the whole "flashback" storytelling that I find quite enjoyable. Another thing that I was blown away by was the graphics, The time that the developers took in creating the kind of body detail that is in this game will astound you. Fighting, you will enjoy all of the different ways that you can dispatch your targets, whether you're a silent but deadly assassin, or a sword swinging warrior you will find that Assassin's Creeds fighting is quite true to life. Yes if you want a great game that is on the Platinum Hits Price I would look no further than to Assassins Creed.

Basically ur sent to past using ur ancestors memories to discover a secret that is hiddien in ur memories encoded on ur dna. The asassasinations are fun u got to figure a way to get to ur target with out being spotted other thatn that its alittle repattive.

    Extremeley Good Game
The game is one of the best game that i have played in a while. You are kidnapped by some scientist and they send back to the past and you go through certain memories to get the information the scientists need. The game has plenty to offer during the story, but that is the bad thing about it. There is no online and there is only one level of difficulty for the game. So when you are done with the game there is no reason to have it, unless you like to play the same thing over and over again. other than that it is a good game

    High Expectations
I bought this game with high expectations, due to it garnering near perfect scores everywhere. I bought the game and was perplexed. Don't get me wrong, the game is great but I feel as if it was over hyped. Let me explain. First off, the game is great. I haven't had this much fun in awhile. The graphics are wonderful. You get a good feel at how the Holy Land during the crusades might have looked like as you gaze over sprawling city tops. The story is awesome. You get the feeling that there is more to come as you experience a story within a story as your character (current time) develops with the main character (Crusades times) Wait ...which one's the main character again? The game play is also incredibly fun and innovative but is the one area where it falters. I played the game sneaking around guards constantly and it took FOREVER to get anywhere. My wife had the same problem. I then realized that you didn't have to sneak as much. ( odd for the tone of the game) The combat is wonderful. It takes some getting used to the timing but it is fun to watch as your character goes through some amazing moves. The one major flaw in the game play however is the variety. You wind up doing the same 4 or 5 types of missions in each city you visit. It gets old if you try to complete every mission in the game, but thankfully this isn't necessary to finish the game. Once you get by the initial missions Each assassination is INCREDIBLY gratifying if you pull them off right. Bottom line is: Buy it. This game is one of a kind and you must experience it!

    The best Game of 2007!
As a first time X-Box game player I was skeptical of the game play. I was impressed with the game play! What struck me the most was the realism of the Holy Land. The only negative I have encountered involves chases. The view change can draw your eyes closer to the TV. Overall, this is simply the best game of 2007!

    An A for Assasin's Creed
This action-oriented X-Box 360 game looks and plays beautifully. As a deadly agent of a secret organization a millenium ago, stroll through the crowded streets of a middle-eastern city or leap deftly from roof top to roof top. Blend into the bustling throng becoming one with the crowd or make a scene by scaling a building or leaping through a merchants stall. Fight your way through to your target with deadly attacks and spectacular counter attacks or bide your time waiting for the perfect moment to deliver a silent and lethal blow. The choice is yours.

    Be the Assassin
Assassin's Creed is one of the best games of the fall, great graphics, wonderful interactive enviroment, and enchanting game play. You play as an assassin during the Holy Crusades and are issued commands to kill the key rulers that draw out the war for their own profit. Controls are slick, very responsive and amazing. Choice of three different weapons from your shortsword, throwing knifes, and the concealed dagger in your gauntlet. This game teaches you patience when waiting for your targets to be exposed, explore the area...find ways to sneak about, discover when is the best time to strike then flee without being chased by the town guards. The open ended world opens up multiple ways of doing your missions, even if you beat the game there is no end to the ways you can complete it. Over all I highly recommend this game for ages 18 and up!
