Too hard
Anyone who loves ice will tell you that this crystal clear stuff is no good. It's too hard. Most people chew the ice after the drink is gone, but if you try to chew this stuff, you're going to need a good dentist!

    The harder the ice, the better it cools
    If you always chew on ice you may have a medical condition called pica. While rare, people reading icechewer's review of Artic Ice should not take it serious. Furthermore, people with iron deficiency may also be more likely to chew on ice. Either of these conditions should be mentioned to your doctor. Ice is sharp and you chewing on it may bruise your gums; just ask your dentist. As far as the quality of Artic Ice - hard ice has no air bubbles and should last longer. It may take up slightly less space in your cooler for the same weight of ice.
