This was recommended by my pharmacist when I asked what I should take to lose weight. He actually recommended it in conjunction with another supplement that has Garcinia cambogia and no stimulants. I think it is a pretty good value. I will take it sometimes just for the caffeine so I won't feel sleepy but I find that diurex works better for me in that regard. This is probably healthier though.

    They do give me energy and curb appetite. I recommend them. People buy them expecting to lose weight with just taking these. Wrong! You take these they give you the boost of energy you need to workout.

    I love this product!!!! Im a mom, 290 pounds, ive taken this for a week and lost 9 pounds!!!! Ive eaten out, ive had that double cheese burger and chocolate bar but when i take these i can feel myself changing.. i dont want to finish that burger and i dont want to eat that chocolate bar at 8pm. I highly recommend using this prouduct even if its just to try seriously! Unlike most “diet pills” you have to take a million 3 times a day. (Exagerrated) with these 4 a day two with breakfast and then two with lunch or dinner which ever you perfer!
