This iPad is awesome and great for the price
I give it 5 stars at first I could get the apps downloaded but sense I had an iPhone XR and I use the same email I got all my apps don't listen to all these other reviews on here and tell you get it it's very easy to use I was actually getting ready they canceled the order and I'm glad I didn't

biggest head ache of my life
this product is so old that it is not compatable to update any of my programs or sites. i have tried several times to return and can not. don't buy

    very poor
    iPad mini was returned for replacement ... the touchscreen did not function properly ... many times touch input seemed completely ignored and most of the time the touchscreen would randomly activate as if it was being touched ... impossible to quickly and accurately enter keyboard items, like password

    Unable to download apps
    I get that it's old and refurbished so I expect that in camera quality, pictures, and maybe a little lag but this was very very bad. Extremely laggy and unable to download major apps such as Netflix or YouTube. I couldn't even create an Apple ID from it, I had to use another apple device. Just very inconvenient. Returning ASAP.

    if you can get apps? Is it worth your money ?
    if you have an apple account you can use that same account put it on the iPad mini it will get your latest apps downloaded on your other apple device you'll be able to use YouTube , Netflix now some apps are not compatible for this iPad just have to find ones that are in your interest and download them ( hope i could help)

    I ordered 2 iPad minis.. one is completely fine and working. No scratches. The other came activation locked. I am in contact with Apple. Hopefully they can remove it. I sent them all my proof of purchase ugh.

    Don't waste your time!!
    Very poor quality and definitely not refurbished!! I spent almost 2 weeks waiting on my iPad cause it got delayed and it won't load anything!! I haven't been able to even complete the set up!!
