Never again an android device, my IPhone and Ipad Air2, never lock up. Air 2 lets you multi task, split screen. Air 2 battery last me several days between recharge.

The tablet itself looked fine. The charger for the tablet however looked like someone just unplugged their old charger and stuffed it in the box. Dissatisfied with this for the amount of money you pay I should not feel like I'm not getting used/old products.

    Beware of refurbished electronics.
    Be leary of ordering a refurbished iPad, havent had it 6 months and it will not hold a charge. Normally refurbished tablets are better then new bc of being replacement parts. Never again will I order a refurbished tablet.

    I dont recall this saying it was refurbished when I purchased it. It arrived with scratches on the back and a dirty used cord. I hope it works as it is a gift but Im slightly embarrassed to give it.

    Sent it back I did not know it was refurbished. Had a lot of scratches and the charger did not work.

    Let me start off by just saying how horrible it is to buy and expect a new item and get a used dirty item. I got the package in a box and I figured ok, they put the iPad box into another box. I almost wrapped it in that shipping box but something told me to open it. I opened it and as soon as I lifted the lid I see a dirty charger filthy with what looked like food stains and dirt and the back of the iPad covered in a piece of Bubble wrap, at this point I didn't even get it out I closed it and went straight to Walmart to return. In the Description of this item it never said it was used it shows as new. Unfortunately today I found out that Walmart has third party sales.

    When purchasing the item there was no description stating it was refurbished. I received it and opened box to see tablet wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap with a used and dirty cord that had black duck tape on it. Im assuming so identify between others cords? Ive tried reaching out to the suppliers Main Main Guys and was supposed to have heard back within 48 hours of message being sent. Still have not gotten a response. Definitely not happy or satisfied in my purchase!

    Nowhere on the description does it mention this being refurbished. When it arrived and I opened the box, the cord was really nasty. I just feel like IT you are going to refurbish something, you should at least put a new charger with it. The cord looked like something they got out of the trash. I returned it.

    Needs better charger
    My daughter has been using it for 2 days now and its only had one hiccup but for now we’re blaming it on the wifi or something. She closed an app but it still showed it was open. The reason im giving it 3 stars is because the charger hasnt worked since first use. I had to give my daughter mine so her christmas day wasnt ruined. As you can imagine no stores were open selling real Apple chargers. Obviously the charger is an important part of having a device so I couldnt give it 5 stars.

    Definitely would recommend
    Since ive gotten the product i cant put it down, its perfect for movies, tv, sports, games. Just about anything, and it undates to the most recent IOS so its smooth and it works great. Solid 10/10 if you looking for a high Quality refuribished ipad at a good price.

    Mixed feelings
    The Home button feels soft, and at times, requires pushing it hard in order to work. It also sounds like the speakers are not pointing directly out. It doesn't sound right.
