I thought it was black at first since it said midnight but it was dark blue. Which I don't mind, I still like the functionality and performance.

Pickup wait was terrible and item was wrong
The (required) pickup process to get this item was ridiculous. I parked in an open pickup spot, entered in the app that I arrived and then waited. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked up to the warehouse to see what was taking so long. To my surprise, half a dozen other customers were doing the same thing, some saying they had been waiting for over an hour to receive their items. I continued to exercise patience because I know the associates are doing their best, but Walmart as a corporation needs to know how absurd the pickup process is at their Laurel, MD location so that someone in power makes a positive change. If having to wait far too long for a singular item were my only concern, I wouldn't write this review. But things got worse. Unfortunately, after examining my item more thoroughly once I got home from Walmart, I recognized I had the completely wrong watch. The watch size, band size and color were all different than what I ordered. It is so frustrating to spend time waiting for an item only for that item to be incorrect. Worse, that item is no longer available and I'll only be able to get a refund now. I am exceedingly disappointed in Walmart. If you want to avoid a similar ordeal, don't bother ordering for pickup from the Laurel, MD location.

    Wrong sized
    I bought the 44 mm sized but they send the 40mm, i want to change but i lived to brazil. What i should i do now ?

    I feel like the watch that I received was already opened before I got a chance to open it, it was not sealed properly and the paper that protects the watch itself was already broken. Also the band that was given to me was for series 9. Can I get a replacement? This is a gift for my dad.

    Fraud by Walmart. Not received. Greatly disappointed as we were expecting for the holidays. Received an email the next day, nearly 24 hours after the alleged delivery, that Mohamed had delivered the night before. No, I don't believe he did. Falsified. Terrible customer service followed, with chat bot not able to manage issue and producing canned answers suggesting that I wait a couple of days to see if the items I have paid for, been told were delivered but not received, might show up. Absolutely not, Walmart.

    Purchased this as a gift for my wife, and she couldn't be happier. Definitely a nice upgrade over the old Series 3 Watch. As usual, a simple setup, and good to go. The $100 discount Black Friday deal was also nice. Highly recommended.

    Would rate lower if could did not get watch….
    Ordered delivered to wrong address even though it was right on the order and account, they said Walmart said it was delivered to the right place won't refund or replace…
