Plays audio and charges! 08 Bmw M6 compatible!
Finally! Yes, it charges and plays audio from my IPhone 7. Costly, but so worth it. Older BMW 30 pin users, this is a go! I have a 2008 M6. Authentic Apple product!

Did not work
Was hoping to use this with an audio accessory but when I plugged this adapter into my 4th Gen Ipad I got a message saying this is not a supported accessory. This was just plugging in the cable itself and nothing else. Try before you buy.

    Great.
    IPod cable is a genuine Apple accessory! I tried it immediately after it got it , and it worked in my car ( obviously I also have to use an additional cable from my dealer) to get the audio to play. Thanks Walmart for still carrying this product!!! Super fast delivery, great job USPS!! Thanks!

    Did not work for me to connect audio
    I purchased this cable to connect my Apple phone to an existing accessories cable out of my car. Cable data said it should have worked but it did not.

    Great backwards compatible purchase
    Purchase was simple and it is a genuine Apple adapter. It allows for audio as well as phone etc where as other cords similar in design do not support all functions such as the audio/music.

    Got a used Apple box with non Apple cable inside
    Open box taped shut, Not actual Apple cable. Super thin, and does not pass sound. Only good for charging. If it was actual Apple product it would pass sound.
