    My gift card turn out to be bad gift card
    When I got it and try to type in pin %23 and it would say it bad card status plus I cant use f it say that, So I'm disappointed that I didn't get brand new gift card so I would appreciate if I can get refund $25 into my visa card I use please. Thank you

    Gift card was sent through email, rather than delivered. That would've been fine, however, the app has a different email (not associated with my account whatsoever). Called customer support with my concern and they could not help with anything regarding my account. Only to “create a new account”

    Card doesn't work! Paid $100.00 for something that isn't even valid! How you charge me $100.00 and the iTunes card doesn't even work I hope you refund me! I did everything your Teo Dinah said to do and STILL it's not a valid iTunes card

    Apple Card 4 Me!
    Email delivery of my Apple gift card was safe and so convenient! I spend a lot of time gaming and use Apple Cards frequently! My card was delivered within minutes to my email where I transferred it to my balance! It doesn't get any better than this!

    Was redeemed before I was able to do so...
    One of the giftcard purchased was redeemed prior of me doing so... I notified and chatted with an agent on the website and nothing was done, with the exception I was advised it was going to be escalated... I want a refund back to my original method of payment...

    RIPPED OFF ON APPLE CARD!
    what ever you do don't ever order a apple gift card for any type of gift card to be delivered because you don't get the actual card, the send you an email with the code for the card and if for some reason you accidentally deleted the email you are out what ever you spent for that card. take it from me, I know because I am out $25.00 for an apple tune card.
