A Masterpiece and modern marvel!
It is absolutely wonderful! Way better than the iRobot Roomba. We call it Gufy! It is the smartest bot I have seen. It's so quiet you can watch tv while it's cleaning. Buy one! I watched it for 45 minutes in awe. The mapping feature is excellent! It runs for about 60mins then heads back to the base station charges and continues where it left off. Buy it!

Will not connect to WiFi
Will not connect to WiFi unless you have the old 2.4. Every other device I own connects to my WiFi. Not the eufy. And customer support is a joke

    3rd after 2 sharks (1 broke and other without map)
    So far so good. It doesn't get stuck as the 1st shark use to be and still working after few weeks something my 1st shark didn't. We bought previously 2 sharks one with mapping love the feature. down side you can't schedule with it but it only last few weeks and the robot broke down it didn't go to were ask to go. I return that one and I bought a different one (shark) I didn't notice it that it didn't have the map option so I returned it on the next day. The only down side about this robot is that it doesn't have in the mapping names for the rooms. So she can't clean a specific area if you need a area clean it will clean the whole house. Almost the mapping it get update every time she runs. Our house is big so it takes her two times to do the cleaning (run out of battery recharge until 80%and goes again) the first time she runs is like 120 min. It doesn't have issues founding her home.

    This is my second robot vacuum. I bought my first roomba 3 years ago so I am comparing this one to that. So far this one blows that one out of the water. Pros: this one travels in a pattern and maps out your house. If the battery runs out before it finishes it will recharge and then go back and finish the job. (roomba the battery would die in the middle of the job and you would have to go find it and hang it up) It is Very quiet. (you could not watch tv with roomba running) When it comes close to an object... door, wall, etc it just gently taps it and moves on. (my roomba would repeatedly beat on an object leaving black marks) It has not gotten stuck even once in days. (my roomba could get stuck on air and would get stuck multiple times a day.) Cons: the battery does seem to take forever to charge. The dust bin is messy to empty. When you take it off the entire thing opens up and you have to tap out both sides which cause dirt and hair to fly everywhere. (with roomba you can just pull it off and tap out the dirt.) Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. I will update if anything changes

    Very good vacuum, but could be amazing.
    It does a really good job and I'm happy with it. I do wish it could be programmed to only clean certain areas and did a better job of mapping my house, however it does seem to be learning. I love the low profile as it will get under most of my furniture.

    Great product, great app, perfect vacuuming!
    Great robot vac for the price, had the cheaper model without mapping and it just that feature alone makes the upgrade worth it. Thing makes straight lines in my carpet and the adaptive suction feature is amazing. The app is intuitive as well and super simple to setup and put the thing to work. Thanks Eufy!

    Beware if you have stairs
    The vacuum does a good job, but if you have stairs, it's a pain. I know that a drop sensor is listed, but it's not reliable. I block the stairs with a laundry basket, but the robot pushed the basket just enough to get through. The drop sensors failed and it went down the steps. Fun fact: the entire top of the vacuum is glass and can shatter into a million pieces when the drop sensors fail and it goes down the stairs.

    Best gadget purchase in a very, very long time
    Amazing robovac for the price, works way better than I expected and does a very thorough job. I recently moved to a larger place and have found that cleaning the entire upstairs and downstairs takes a remarkable amount of time and effort. This robovac is a total champ and cleans the entire home for me. It leaves the place spotless, gets under all kinds of furniture I'm not able to clean under manually, and always finishes with a dust bin packed full of fur, dirt and litter (I have three cats). Most importantly, over the months, it is giving me back countless hours that would have been spent vacuuming to take care of other things and live my life. An absolutely invaluable purchase for me.

    Nice Vacuum
    I purchased this robot vacuum for myself as a Christmas present. It was relatively simple to get set up and to get the app added to my phone. The main thing I can say is be careful of electrical cords or anything in the path of this vacuum. It also has a tendency--at least in my home--to find the few areas that it cannot maneuver in and then gets stuck. I have to do a reconnaissance of the area before I turn the vacuum on and still have to keep an eye out to make sure it doesn't get trapped behind the couch or somewhere else it doesn't need to go. I have noticed it seems to have good suction and does pick up fairly well. I have noticed quite a bit of human hair trapped around the roller although my hair is relatively short. I don't have a pet or children so I can't address any issues with those things. I have enjoyed my robot vacuum and feel comfortable recommending this one to others.

    one awesome robot vacuum
    i've had a Roomba for about 10 years and decided to try this brand. OMG it's an awesome cleaning machine. i run both vacuums at the same time to see how much each picks up and the eufy vac is handsdown ten tmes better at vacuuming. it's also extremely quiet. it's low profile gets under the sofa and loveseat without getting stuck. we have two cats that shed alot and the amount of hair this vacuum picks up is amazing plus the dry cat food they scatter. the photos are the dirt collectors of the two vacuums. anker is the first picture, roomba the second. you can see the anker vac picked up way more dirt.

    Works as stated, loving this robovac!
    I'm really pleased with this robovac. It does map as it goes so it finds it was home easily. It doesn't remember the floor plan but it's movements are more calculated and it doesn't get stuck in one place. I haven't had any issues with it getting stuck anywhere or sucking anything up. If even pushes up against my Christmas tree skirt without it getting stuck. The suction is great and the debris compartment is plenty large. It also cleans for 45 minutes. It's able to clean all 1000 sq ft of my bottom floor and make it's way home with plenty of battery life left. 10/10, would recommend to friends and family.
