Best little housekeeper ever!!
I was never excited to write a review until now. I love my Eufy!!! Had other robot vacs but this tops them all. This is quiet compared to others, didn't even wake up the cat sleeping on the bed as Eufy passed under the bed several times. The only thing I would suggest is that they make an INTERCHANGEABLE bristle brush roller (which comes with the unit) and plastic teeth roller, because after vacuuming the carpet, the bristles were choking with pet hair. The little hand cleaning brush with plastic teeth works great to clean everything and dig the hair away from the bristles, but a plastic (teeth-like) roller could prevent pet hairs from getting entangled around the bristles on the current bristle roller. I would like the 2 rollers, bristles for floor cleaning and plastic teeth for carpet cleaning.

You get what you pay for
The device does a decent job as a vacuum but it has no idea where it is going. Goes over the same area multiple times. It cannot figure out where home base is without assistance. I guess you get what you pay for. Would work fine in a small room with all the doors closed but not a whole house automated vacuum

    It's okay
    Its serves it's purpose for the most part, but have not been able to connect it to WiFi. I had it once, but somehow it unconnected itself so the schedule I had it on does not work. I use it for small messes, but other than that it sits. Like I said, it serves its purpose, but is really frustrating trying to get it online.

    Great merchandise for a great price.
    Could not add wifi or connect to iphone, I live in a small community and do not have reliable internet. My settings require to set different setting on my router and I am not knowledgeable enough to make the changes. But it does clean and can use the remote to direct it to clean. Works perfect for my needs.

    Love my Eufy. I am a former Roomba owner.
    My Roomba's were not doing the job. I started off with the 25C and was so impressed I bought a 35C for my downstairs. I previously had 2 Roombas. 1 for upstairs and one for downstairs. I noticed the roombas couldn't go onto my plush thick bathroom rugs and they avoided my dark throw rugs altogether. When I called rumba's support and asked why it wasn't going on my dark rugs rumba's support told me that it doesn't go on dark rugs because it thinks that it's a cliff. They suggested I don't have dark throw rugs in my house which I thought was ridiculous. I previously had 2 roombas. 1 for upstairs and one for downstairs. I noticed the Roombas couldn't go onto my plush thick bathroom rugs and they avoided my dark throw rugs altogether. When I called rumba's support and asked why it wasn't going on my dark rugs rumba's support told me that it doesn't go on dark rugs because Roomba thinks dark rugs are cliffs. Eufy goes on to all my carpets even the thick plush ones like a 4 wheel drive and vacuums them like a champ. Eufy even goes onto my dark colored carpet without any problems. I run both Eufy's daily and everyday the bins are full with dirt, dust, hair and cat litter. I love the Eufy's and will never go back to owning a roomba.

    A good purchase that still requires work
    The robovac definitely isn't a silver bullet, but it helps clean dirt and pet hair out of our living areas and keep it manageable. Our dogs make a daily mess and I set it up to run automatically. That said, it definitely takes some setup to perfect- the amount of magnetic strip provided was not nearly enough to prevent it from going everywhere it wants to go. Still, I am happy with the purchase and it works for us so far. Just requires a little setup to nail it down.

    It is good for the price
    I don't really have anything to compare to, this is the first robot I own. I am too sure about the suction power. It keeps mising dirty spots. I also have to say that I haven't programmed it. I a still learning how to navigate the app to I would give it 4 stars for now

    Great purchase!!
    I cant get mine connected to WIFI for some reason but I personally prefer the use of the remote it comes with over the app anyway. Hands down the best purchase I have made in a long time! I run it multiple times a day and it amazes me how much dirt and dust it collects each time!

    Better than the bigger name brand one!
    I absolutely love my EufyHome vacuum cleaner. I have a more expensive one of another name brand also but its loud and you have to run it when youre away. I come home and its always stuck somewhere and it hasnt finished cleaning. It doesnt have the app or the remote and it cost more money!!! This one has all the nice features like the app and is really quite for a lot less money! Its a no brainer. This one is much better. Dont spend more money on a name brand!

    Excellent product, not as quiet as I expected
    I loved this but in my opinion it's not very quiet, at least not on hardwood floors. It does a great job, took a few goes to connect to the wifi but I can't imagine life without it now.
