Great value, very nice for small ofc or student
I ordered this desk based on other's reviews and am not disappointed, although it DID NOT have assembly instructions in the box. This was easily remedied as I called the manufacturer and they emailed them to me within 10 minutes. The desk was easy enough to for me to assemble solo albeit very heavy to lift-- needed another body to do so (my 16-year old daughter). It is very stable and looks great in my small home office/guest room. It provides enough workspace so long as you are not a "clutterer"--a desk lamp, land line, small personal fan, 15" laptop and pencil holder. Good to go. Also my comfy leather chair fits nicely. Check out the photo (file cabinet not included). Well worth the $100 price tag! This is a no brainer. Get one.

Not A Sturdy, Desk Product Differ Assembly Manual
I'm really disappointed from the purchase. I tried to assembled the product as per the product instruction booklet but failed. The instruction manual picture says to put 4 screws on Part-G to attach Part-B and Part-C but the actual product doesn't have 4 holes.

    Disappointed in condition of the desk upon arrival
    Was looking forward to this for a staff member - the desk arrived 2 days early which was awesome. However, after opening the box and taking everything out, there was a big chip on the desk, and no instructions were available. Packing it all back up to return to Walmart is less than awesome.

    Definitely worth it
    Getting this desk was a absolute hassle. When i first ordered it the box and desk came completely damaged fault of FedEx i returned it to walmart for a full refund and then reordered the desk. Im not entirely sure what happened but it said it was coming via post office which made zero sense to me but i thought maybe the seller changed shipping services. I recieved a notification that my desk was delivered but nothing showed up i contacted Wal-Mart customer service and they contacted the seller. I heard back from the seller via email the same day and they resent it. I got the replacement in less then a week. The seller was amazing to work with and very helpful. The desk is gorgeous and everything i wanted it is also very sturdy. 10/10 recommend

    Cheap and not worth it.
    just needed a simple small desk. It is easy to put together. however it is so cheap! I built it on a carpeted area and when i flipped ut over with help it already had scratches on it! (See pictures) These scratches are from a spiral bound notebook sliding across it. The middle point of the desk is designed poorly, supports zero weight, the plate under neath that screws on doesnt work and the screwes literally fell right out. i had to put a nightstand under to hold ut up for support. You wouldnt want to set a heavier book on here let alone think about a computer. I have had this less that a month and the edges are already looking bad to. it is not in a hugh traffic area and gets little use anyways. I definitely DO NOT recommend this product. It already looks like crap after a month of little use.

    Very happy with this desk
    I got the Ameriwood L shaped desk with bookshelves for my husband on his birthday and he absolutely loves it. I bought the color espresso and it ended up looking very nice. I gave it four stars because the instructions could have been a little more detailed and there was a small scratch on the top of the desk. he put it together himself and it took roughly 1 hour. The desk is very sturdy and a good quality. Not to mention the price is amazing. I was very happy with the size of it as well. The shelves are nice and deep too. It was going to be delivered on my husband's birthday and ended up coming four days sooner so I was very happy that I had plenty of time to wrap it. I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new desk.

    Missing Part
    After arriving a week late I'm missing a piece. Now I have to wait another 7-14 days for the part labeled B because they sent me two Cs instead. Not worth the headache.

    Do Not Buy!
    I am very disappointed with this perchase! I put it together the same day I got it and after I was done and I was putting it up right the whole side came off and broke the wood. It is not worth it to buy this and have it break on you.

    Low price, high quality!!
    I was expecting a thin cheapy desk for this low of cost, but what I received was a beautiful sturdy desk! The photos do not do it justice. VERY easy assembling and directions. My 4 yo was able to help me put it together! Nothing missing, and fits ALL my office necessities!

    Affordable and Just What I Needed
    I chose desk due to its compactness that would fit just right into the corner of my room. It's pretty sturdy and can hold my PC and monitor etc. the only reason I gave it a 4/5 is that one side of the desk is a smaller width than the other, kinda forcing me to have my monitor and keyboard fit on one side, but I am okay with that. I like the side shelves to put my controllers etc to have in hand. I love the color. If you can however, I would not get an l desk for gaming but I needed to for that extra space to the left since I am a college student and I need a place to study/do homework
