Looove it!
Very easy to put together, instructions were easy to understand. It took me a little under an hour and a half to put together by myself. It looks really nice, especially for the price paid! Heats quickly, I highly recommend this! Oh and it's also packaged really well, I saw the fedex people on my camera being no so gentle, but nothing was damaged on the inside.

Damaged! Came with box torn to shreds.
Don't Bother, was really looking forward to this for Christmas hauled it upstairs took us forever to get everything out and then its damaged. Sending it back waste of time and money.

    Love it! Pleasantly surprised how nice and well it looks for a non wood built piece. Renovating a basement for a living room. Heats nice and lovely ambiance. Easy to put together and packaged well. No damaged pieces. Wanted the espresso color but sold out so got this lighter natural look… and Love it! Box was heavy upon delivery did need two ppl to carry.

    Small things make a big difference
    It was missing several parts. There were no metal shelf pegs so we can't put shelves in. The screws for the doors are the wrong size and go right threw the holes. WY to small. One other piece broke. I don't think it's as long as it was supposed to be

    Disappointed
    I put together from the box well as I got down to bottom piece which is (G) I took it out the box and the wood was cracked….. so disappointing. It was no way I was going to re-box and send back…. To much trouble so hopefully I can glue the piece and it hold.

    So Disappointing!
    This took 2 hours to assemble, Came out beautiful looking... just VERY disappointed it does not heat worth a dam..We bought this to take chill out of living room on cold days and nights really doesn't make any difference in warming the room! Cost almost 300 bucks... you would think you can get a good electric heater for that much money??

    Poor material. You get what you pay for lol
    Extremely poorly made. Falling apart first day only putting it together. If I didn't take all that time to put it together I would have return it. Absolutely terrible.

    Style over function
    Received the fireplace/ tv stand and assembled it. The quality is fair for that the cost is, however the heater the reason why my mother wanted it won't run more than 15 to 20 minutes then cuts off and will not come back on. Unless you unplug it and let it sit for a few hours.

    Beautiful But Not Good For Actually Heating
    I absolutely love my Tv Console and the look it gives the room. But if I'm being honest with myself, it certainly doesn't heat my room at all. The problem is that you can't adjust the heat nor change the direction in which the heat is coming out. So while it's great for holding the tv and looks beautiful, heating well your just wasting electric. SN: The wood came chipped in some spots.
