Awesome tool for my child
In contrary to what Kristin has to say, my child can't get enough of this tee pee. After following instructions and assembling this tee pee, my child is obsessed with it. it works perfectly fine. the size and color is just right for his room. He uses his tee pee when he wants to read or escape with his imagination. Most of the time, he'd much rather sleep on his tent than his bed. I have had it for a short while in his room, and quite honestly, I truly love the way the way this tent changed my son. I'm most definitely buying the same for his cousin on christmas. Recommend this to everyone!

Faded & Dirty Tent...Sad little boy!
I took a chance on this tent, hoping that the 5 star reviews would be correct. This was for our son, who will be 2 next month. His sister has a pink tee-pee in her room & he has been patiently waiting while I searched for one to coordinate with his new big boy room decor. I have been eyeing a very similar tee-pee from the land of nod, but loved that this was about a third of the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely fast shipping - arriving just 2 days after I ordered. Everything looked fine as we pulled the tent out of the shipping box. The outer cover was black & white stripes just like the photo online. My son started hugging it after it was out of the plastic...he was SO excited! We then unzipped the cover to find a damp, sticky, smelly, faded mess of a tee-pee tent! The tent looked nothing like the cover. The black stripes were faded unevenly over the entire tent to a dirty gray, the white stripes were "antique" white (to put it nicely) with dirt in multiple spots. The sticks have what appears to be mold or mildew stains on them. I never attempted to put this tent together, so I can't verify the other reviews on how well the tent stays up or together. I won't say you get what you pay for, because I purchased our pink tee-pee for less than half this price on clearance at a local hobby store & it was it great condition. This appears to be a quality control issue or selling merchandise that has been damaged. Unfortunately, this will be going back to the store this afternoon.

    Awesome teepee
    This teepee is perfect! Great material and color and comes with a matching storage bag. Glad I purchased even tho reviews were bad. I think it must of been something duringvshipping.

    Very pleased
    Unlike a few reviews, the stripes are even. It is well made, fabric strong. it appeared to us that the connection on the poles was not deep enough, so luckily, my husband is handy and was able to pull them up to provide better support. If not, I'd be concerned how it would have worked. If not for this issue, I'd give it a 5 star. haven't seen these for less than $75 elsewhere so price is great.

    Don't waste your money.
    I should have listened to the other reviews before purchasing this. The bag it comes in IS black & white stripe, but the tent itself is no where near black. It is a dirty faded grey. It also reeled upon arrival of wet wood and canvas. It was easy to put together until one of the pockets for the pole to slide into was sewed shut on the wrong. I had to cut it open and now the pole slides out. I would not buy again.

    Horrible!
    Came suuuuuper faded with random blots of stains! So not purchase! We should've listened to the other reviews. Spend the extra money to get a better one

    Item is a cute toy
    This tent was easy to put together and the holes were drilled just fine as opposed to other comments however the material was fadded and the tent moves out of place a lot. Almost like it needs rubber on the bottoms of the legs. Size is perfect for a toddler and I have a very tall toddler.

    Only good as a photo prop
    I'm a photographer and bought this as a photo prop. It's good for that. It's easy to transport and visually appealing. I would never let my kids just play in it. It doesn't stand up well on its own. The poles move as soon as you touch it. If a child were inside, the tent would constantly move and perhaps fall on them. It's also very small inside.

    Poles won't stay up
    There are these little plastic tubes that go over the poles in the middle when they combine to make each long pole. Problem is that the plastic parts don't stay put and are always sliding all the way down and therefore, the tee pee collapses. It is so annoying. Guess the cheaper price meant cheaper quality.
