Runny (but great smell)
I used to absolutely love this product. But they've changed the formula or something as it has gone from being wonderfully thick like greek yogurt to running out of my hand before I can get it into my hair. I love the smell and the tingle, but the apparent reformulation is awful. I called American Crew to report how runny it is and they suggested that I buy from a certified dealer - which I am - but the same watery product has been purchased multiple times (I've even returned a couple of bottles). I think I'm done dealing with this and will find another minty conditioner.

    I love how my hair feels after using this conditioner. Sometimes first thing in the morning the scent (manly/mint) can be a little overwhelming. But love the product!

    American Crew Daily Conditioner
    American Crew Daily Conditioner is my favorite conditioner to recommend for men. I can across this line while working at a salon and still occasionally use it for myself. It delivers moderate hydration, offers a slight minty tingle to the scalp, and does not weigh hair down or leave it heavily fragranced. It is now available at many grocery store chains as well as cosmetic retailers and salons for prices comparable to L'Oréal's newest haircare lines. I recommend this for light hydration and daily conditioning.

    Pairs well with Am...Crew's Daily Shampoo
    Gotta let some of this stuff soak jn after a good cleansing with Am...Crew's Shampoo. Without this conditioner, I'd have frizz-city up on my head. With it, my hair is soft and manageable.
