I can't do it!
Yes, this is healthy. Yes it is a good idea to eat this. But, I just can't do it; it smells horrible, looks unappetizing and tastes horrendous. I recommend it if you can stand it---try to camouflage it to a smoothie.

    Not that bad, I promise ;)
    The smell is not that bad, and it is worse than the taste, so hold your nose if that is a problem for you LOL. I am using a variety of supplements and a very stringently clean diet to heal my liver, and I thought I would give this kale powder a try. Most greens powder blends on the market contain goji berries and tomato, and I am terribly allergic to nighstshades so I must avoid them. I have decided to mix my own greens powder but that has been a challenge because so much of the singular greens powders on the market are cross contaminated with my allergens or just plain unavailable in organic options. I actually like the taste of this kale powder mixed with the collagen, lemon juice, pink salt, filtered water, triphala, glutamine, and malic acid powder I take daily; I hope to add a variety of other greens to the mix soon. I feel good after I drink down my green drink. This kale powder seems pretty darn fresh and vital for a powder, and it tastes like kale. I will definitely adjust my rating if I experience a need to do so, but so far, so good. I could not find a better price anywhere else, so that was a nice bonus.

    I put it in 1 cup of water with 1 packet of organic sweetner and just slammed it. Was tolerable. I drank a cup of coffee after that black and I had no hunger pains until way past noon.

    Ok this is pungent! BUT 2 cups of organic kale is 1 tsp! Worth it for me. I add Truvia (erythritol/stevia blend..much better flavor than stevia alone) and a few other flavorful healthy items

    THIS BRAND IS A GREAT BRAND I USE THERE WHEAT GRASS POWDER TOO. HOWEVER IT DOES NOT TASTE THAT GOOD. FRESH KALE GREEN JUICE IS BETTER. I MIX THIS WITH A FEW OTHER ITEMS AND ADD FRESH FRUIT TO HELP MASK THE TASTE. I USE THIS BECAUSE ITS GOOD FOR YOU AND WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE FRESH KALE, THIS IS A GOOD OPTION.
