Different
I was worried about how these were going to fit. But they fit great and are comfy to wear. They absorb great and barely noticeable. I would definitely recommend this product and would use during my period.

Dont waist your money
These do not work and these reviews are lies. Im an overflower!! Lets start with this, Im a 154 pound female and got the Lrg/ XL and they fit worse then just a normal pad and regular underwears. These are made of some type of plastic paper and its very itchy and uncomfortable. The pad lining of these disposable does not fit properly for were the flow is going and has part of the paper interfering with the pad placing from back to front, which you can see from the third picture, so there for its causes your flow to leak right to the side of these. Do you know the cheap pads that they hand out at works and dollar store and the pad doesnt soak up the flow lol thats these the picture says it all. These absolutly do not work. Your welcome

    Game changer
    These have been a blessing. Wish I would have had these growing up. These are perfect for the heavy cycles and for those who have issues leaking overnight. When you have to use a pad and tampon both and still leak, its discouraging. This has been a huge help with not having to wash sheets or use towels while sleeping. Comfortable and absorbant!

    The material is soft and stretchy and pretty comfortable to sleep in. There's no way to tell which side is the front or the back. It's narrow at the top of both sides and the middle is the size of a super pad. I wished it was more coverage in the back and not so narrow. I didn't experience any leaks which is the most important thing so overall I highly recommend.

    Perfect for Postpartum
    Always ZZZ Disposable Overnight Period Underwear are a great way to keep undergarments clean during your heaviest flow nights. They are soft and provide a comfortable fit overnight. I'm not sure why anticipated these would be more like disposable sleek underwear, but they are a high cut brief and closer in style to incontinence underwear. As a regular tampon user, I don't think I would use these monthly but I would swear by them for postpartum care.

    I wasn't sure what I would think of these ZZZ Disposable Overnight Period Underwear from Always, but I love them. They fit comfortably and aren't irritating. I experienced no leakage and slept comfortably- or as comfortable as you can while during that time of month. I think all of us girls really need to keep these on hand for those monthly times.

    I wish there was more in the package! These underwear provided great comfort during my period. They were very absorbent and even moving during the night they still held up without leaking. They are comfortable and a great product!

    I love the idea of period/leak-proof underwear— where were you in my teenage years?! Plus, they are better for the environment, right? These leak-proof underwear are durable and keep my dry. They are, however, disposable, so I am unable to reuse them after washing. This is why I a giving it 3 out of 5 stars.

    I deal with heimroids so I thought this would be a great fit for me to use during the day or night . Unfortunately way to tight and uncomfortable would not be able to wear at all I was looking forward to it so much especially traveling

    Not what I expected
    I honestly expected these to be a little different. I'm all about trying to find the best coverage for when "Aunt Flow" comes along and the period underwear sounded like it would be an amazing product. But all I got was these pull up disposable underwear that remind me of what the elderly wear to catch accidents. I did indeed try them and they did do as they were intended. They obsorbed pretty well but I had an issue keeping them in the right place. When I turned over, they had a tendency to slide to one side or the other. So they also didn't cover all night. The comfort aspect I guess was mostly in my head. They weren't uncomfortable but when it got hot, they just weren't good. They aren't as breathable as I'd have liked. There is just more cons for me than there is pros. I felt like an old person trying not to pee on myself more than it was to protect from a period leak while I slept. I will not be purchasing these in the future.
