Nice scraper
When I moved into my place the kitchen had been messed up. The kitchen had these tiles that are horrible. This scraper made it so much easier to get them up one at a time. I have no idea what the previous owner was thinking but I'm definitely fixing it. If you have a good sized kitchen or bathroom this would definitely be handy to have.

Heavy Duty
We are getting ready to redo my kitchen this spring, which will include replacing the cabinets and flooring, so I felt this Allway scraper would be very handy in that process. The blade is thick and pretty heavy duty. It's 4 inches wide to scrap a decent amount of area at a time. I also like the fact that the blade can be removed for replacement or sharpening when needed. There are only two screws that need to be removed for this process. The handle has a really nice thick padding on it to keep a good grip when using it, and I'm sure to help prevent any blisters that could arise when applying much needed pressure on difficult areas. I noticed that the blade has an oil-like lubricant on it when it arrived. My guess is this is to ensure the blade doesn't rust while in stock. And while all those features are nice and overall this product is well made, there are some features I feel are missing. The scraper is only 18 inches long. This will do for wall scraping or removing debris from higher levels, but scraping a floor wouldn't be practical, not to mention back-breaking, so I probably wouldn't recommend it for that kind of scrapping. Also, I wish the handle had a telescope feature to make it shorter or longer. I'm 5 ft, but my husband is 6 ft, so I'm sure the comfort level of using this product will be different for each of us.

    Easy scraper
My daughter bought a new house and the floor in the living room had to go! There was old oil cloth under the carpeting and it appeared it glued to the old wood floor. The project was delayed because of dread ! This tool really work! The balance and weight were comfortable for me to use. The handle is easy grip but the foam in the shaft was a firmer easier grip for me. My hands are small so I'm glad the foam was there. This definitely made the job easier and faster. Plate disassembly for clean up was easy. This will be put to use on the next house project !

Not Something I Use a Lot
I bought this for cleaning my basement floor. The only problem I have is the telescoping attachment. I can't get it to pull out. But other than that it works. I just have to wait till someone comes to help me pull it out. But once that happens, I am sure it will be fine.

Good tool to scrape and clean floors
The floor scraper is very solid and hefty. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but am planning to use it when I redo my garage floor, to remove the stubborn spots. It has a solid end which is not too wide, allowing concentration of force, and the weight behind it will allow me to lean heavily in without worrying about the device breaking. The only potential improvement is a longer handle to avoid back pain from continued crouching, but this might not be possible due to increased energy dissipation.

    Perfect tool
I got the Allway FS18 18in. Floor Scraper with Hammer End and i was so excited to get it because there is several tiles i wanted to remove to do a small project during quarantine. I was able to use the end to be hammered and then i even used that same end as a hammer. Worked great for what i was doing at the time which was nailing small nails into the ground. So i had no issues, the scraper feels very Heavy duty. The scraper head didn't come flying off or anything like that. I like the cushioned handle, that's a nice touch. I have definitely used scrapers that didn't have that nice addition and even with gloves my hands would slip but not with this handle. I was also able to break up tiles with the hammer end. This is a great tool for backsplash, something you will be standing for like walls and even if you are working on a small area like i had to with a floor project. I didn't need a long scraper, i already had one and this isn't for those types of jobs but i Guess in a pinch you could do the floor if you will be sitting doing it. Love this little tool.

    Solid heavy duty!
This is a heavy-duty scraper. It has a sturdy handle with a metal end designed for striking with a hammer, and a durable foam cushion on the shaft to insulate your holding hand from the shock of the hammer strike. The shaft itself is made from thick-walled steel tubing and the tool head is constructed of thick cast aluminum. The carbon steel blade is reversible and can be rotated to use the second cutting edge. This tool will last me many years to come!

    Great tool
I got this for my husband to tear up the old tile bathroom floor. I usually just use a paint scraper or my hands but this scraper worked way better. It's heavy duty with a sharp end. It also has a hammer like end so you can break up the tiles with it. It has a nice long handle that helps to really pry up the tiles. I also used it to scrape up some of the excess glue and it worked like a charm. I didn't have to bend over so far like with a paint scraper. I wish we would have bought one of these years ago for all of our other flooring projects. We are next going to tear off an old tile back splash and I am sure this scraper will get the job done with ease. I'll be knocking out those tiles like crazy with the hammer end. I will definitely recommend this tool to others for all of their remodeling needs.

    Allway 18in. Floor Scraper
I received the Allway 18in. Floor Scraper With Hammer End and it was at the perfect time. We were emptying out the garage and getting rid of the linoleum flooring that was throughout the garage floor. It was a hard job, scraping up the linoleum, but the Allway Floor Scraper made the job much easier. The 18in. handle was a good length and the blade was nice and sharp with the beveled edge. Thank you for making my weekend project much easier at the perfect moment for me.

    Scraping Made easy!
I have done many projects using scrapers. I have scraped paint off the house, wood deck and wood porch. I had some scrapers handed down to me that were 6-8 inches with wood or steel handles. Scraping was always a chores and I would always end up with calluses and sore hands and arms. Friends told me I should investigate different scrapers but I thought how much could it help. Well I am a few years older and wiser and I decided to do some shopping for a new scraper. I found this Allway 18 inch floor scraper at Walmart and it looked like a great investment for my projects. It was very reasonably priced much less than at the hardware store. Wow! I bought this scraper to work on an old linoleum floor in my laundry room. The scraper with the extra length on it gave me more strength and pressure to remove tiles. The cushioned handles prevented calluses and was very It was amazing how quickly I was able to get the ties up without any pain to my hands or arms. I wish I would have looked for this scraper years ago. This scraper not only gave me much less aches and pains but I was able to do a much more thorough complete job. I did try my previous scrapers and I would have had to spend at least twice the time as well as it did not get the glue residue off. The Allway scraper got off tiles, glue in all without much effort.
