Excellent way to take vitamins..
It was always difficult for me to swallow
Vitamins, because they were huge!
In the gummy form..it's easy, and they don't leave an aftertaste!!!

Taste and Texture we're awful.
Alive Womens 50+ Gummies are a great source of vitamin B. I like taking gummies better than pills as I have trouble with swallowing pills. They are easy to chew, I did not like how they tasted, and have a semi nasty after taste, and the texture was not that great. The multivitamins are specifically formulated for women 50 and over and consist of 8 B vitamins
help convert food to fuel. I honstly could not see after a week a big difference.

This "Alive" vitamin has a great taste and is loaded with goodness. It is impressive with 8 B vitamins, orchard fruits and garden vegetables. My Dr. said it usually takes 30 days to feel the true effects. So I like to rate them after 30 days and my rating for these is excellent. You absolutely get so much for so little.Donnab

As directed, I take 2 gummies daily. The gummy's are not large, chewable and taste ok . Along with 8-B vitamins there is also 75 mg per serving of Orchard Fruits & Garden Veggie powder blend . The only thing I don't like about these are the slight aftertaste. I've started to get used to it, but it's taken almost two weeks to get to that point. I've only just started taking these, so I can't speak to long-term results, but the taste and texture seem fine and I am hoping for some health benefits. I will definitely buy again to try to keep it going for myself. My HUGE complaint, however, is that opening this first bottle was a nightmare. I am hoping it was a fluke. The "push down and turn" was just about impossible, the lid "jumped the track" and got stuck on the threads and I literally had to pry it off with a screwdriver. I know my hands are arthritic and I struggle, but perhaps there should be some consideration to the fact that this product is for over 50 and just make it a little easier to get to.Theodora
