A must have
After changing my diet for a healthier one I was considering taking prebiotics but was skeptical about it helping my digestive system. I'm glad Align Previotic + Proviotic convinced me otherwise. It not only helps you nourish your good bacteria but adds more of the good ones while helping your digestive track. I'm more regular now. I like the taste, it's not too chewy and love the natural fruit flavors. It doesn't leave an after taste and with only 2 gummies taken orally a day, I'll make sure to keep using.     Gut Health is so Important!
    Taste good, they are a must for my partner and myself, he was struggling with chronic diarrhea and these have helped tremendously. I think the pre and probiotics make a difference

    The gummies work best for me.
    I don't know what they put in these gummies, but they work like nothing else I've tried and I've tried everything. I tried the gummies and the capsules. The capsules seemed too strong leaving me with a lot of cramping and bloating. The gummies just work best for me. I have battled constipation, diarrhea and vomiting every day for 30 years. Align gummies straightened my gut out in 30 days! As long as I take Align everyday I no longer have any of those problems. I finely feel free to leave my home!

    Great Until They Weren't
    I took these for about 2 months, and at some point I started getting this weird stomach ache/cramp everyday. I started taking 2 doses since it says you can. That actually helped, but it never went away. I really hate it because they helped my digestion as well as my sleep and energy. I was definitely sleeping better, but I couldn't get over thr stomach situation.

    Probiotics Work for Me
    I'm in my 70's and I alternate between probiotic brands (Align, Culturelle Members Mark). Align is the most expensive but I caught it on sale. Best price I've seen in a while. Probiotics seem to help my body's digestive system and that helps because I like sweets and red meats!
