I have used mutitple times since receiving the product. it is sturdy with arm and back cushion. And it is also good value. It gives my good excerise for my upper body. and since I have a tread mill at home, i basically do not need to buy a gym membership.

Half of the parts are missing
I received my order and I am missing half the parts and all the screws and bolts. There are 8 main parts and I am missing 5 of them. From the accessories there are 12 parts and I am missing 7 of them.

    The Ronald McDonald Tower
I received 2 boxes, one with red parts and the other with yellow parts, so I subtracted 2 stars. It does seem sturdy and well made. Was pretty easy to assemble, good instructions and packaged well. Wish you could adjust the pull-up bar on the top but it is fixed. I'm 6'4 and my arms just fit on the arm rests with no room to spare. Might want to look for an alternative if you are a taller guy with longer arms.

Does what it says it will do.
I read all of the reviews before making the decision to purchase. It appeared that inspite of any negatives, the positives outweighed for me and what I needed this device to do. I found after making the purchase and assemblying it, the company had fixed many of the negative reviews. It is a quality build as to the welds, function and ease of putting it together. The instructions were easy to follow. I would suggest to have a ratchet and socket to tighten rather than using the supplied wrenches, as can be expected. I am 200lbs and an avid body builder and it is very stable. I think when performing dips and pullups, a 30 to 50 lbs heavier person would be no problem. All the parts were there, I needed nothing but what came in the box. One review pointed out that if using a barbell for bench pressing, it would tip up on one side while loading due to how close the supports are. The company obviously reads the reviews and fixed this is by addinding a simple clip that flips up and over the bar and holds it down until the weights have been adjusted and ready for lifting. Great fix and safety feature. Also my arms do not slip off the leg lift pads if I sweat. The material for the upholstered parts is not the best quality, but I think they will hold up to home use. Only negatives would be the grip material are ok but they were just slipped on by the factory and twist and come off easily when exercising. There are 8 of these and are a safety issues if they come off while working out. I am going to use either something else or no grips as well. Also, as to the pullup bar handles, the wide grip position is ok but I do like to use a closer horizontal grip as well and cannot due to the current configuration. Yes they do have a closer grip, a perpendicular one can use but for pullups for bicepts, it will work the lower head muscle but not as much the upper head with a parallel grip. I can get my hands just inside were it bends and do my pull ups but someone with bigger hands will have trouble. Just 2 inches wider would fix it Overall, I am extremely pleased with the function, durability, build quality and how professional it looks. It looks like a $1000 piece of commercial exercise equipment with a small fooprint. I cannot see where it is going to break or fall apart over extended use. Should have good resale value if needing to sell in the future. My whole family usee it from 14-58 year-olds. Would have given 5 stars but for the grips.

    A good quality power tower
Family needs to exercise more, so I choose a power tower based on the space. My husband and I follow the instruction and assemble it without any problem. It's even easier than the whiteboard I assembled for my children. It's definitely not cheap, but cheaper than a running machine. This power tower is also steady. Overall I like my purchase.

    decent equipment
Decent equipment. The unit was relatively easy to put together. study the instruction and you will be fine, not too difficult. And then I found it to be supportive and steady with my wife's weight(130lbs). I am over 6ft tall 200lbs,it also support my weight, love it,it's just what i want it.

First, the box came very damaged, the equipment has some scratches, and was missing one bolt that I had to buy at Lowe's. The hand grips have a very strong gas smell or something. I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the gas smell. Other than those things it works…
