Burns a little
Burns in the inner nose- but effective. If you need this strong of a product, find a good allergist and get a better allergy medicine to help you breathe.

    The Good Stuff
    I use it daily due to a chronic sinus problem. Its the only nasal spray that does the job without running down the back of my throat. It outperforms ever prescription spray I've been on.

    Works great and super fast
    There is nothing that comes even Close to Afrin. The only issue is that you must not use if more than 3 days in a row. That is their instructions and doctors say the same

    so efficient!
    This spray is absolutely amazing! I have a bad cold and have had a hard time sleeping as i couldn't breath through my nose at all. I purchased this spray and it totally cleared my nose almost instantly and for hours! what a relief! I highly recommend it and will be using it again in the future! worth every penny!

    Does the job!
    Since it's the fall allergy season, my nose is constantly dripping with congestion. This does it's job well and curbs that. It doesn't seem to bother my sleep pattern. The bonus is getting two bottles for a very decent price.

    If you have to use nasal spray it's the one to use
    Let me start by saying I've been using nasal sprays for 36 years, they are addicting. There some that don't work, some to strong, Afrin is by far a strong nasal drip, but it works, no nasty after drip, doesn't burn, easy to use, better then anyone you get from a Dr. Saying that, the only part I don't like is it's hard to hide in public use.

    This is the best!
    I started using Afrin severe congestion last year for allergies that would clog my nose completely. So far, Afrin severe congestion has been the only thing that helps! I've tried all different brands, even different kinds of Afrin and nothing works like this one. It's the best. I had pneumonia last year and was in the hospital, and they gave me a saline mist that did absolutely nothing. Since I already felt like I couldn't breathe from the pneumonia, I couldn't also have a stuffy nose as well. A friend dropped me off some Afrin severe congestion to the hospital, and I got instant relief.

    I used this when I had mild nasal congestion, not severe as listed. I noticed almost immediate relief that lasted for a few hours. I would recommend. my only complaint was that it kinda dried out some of the skin around the nose.
