Great Value Machine
I never had a Chromebook, but this os easy to use, affordable and love the mouse n protective sleeve. Acer is a solid laptop company. Fast and easy setup. Anybody with a smartphone and a google/gmail account can set these up. Love the dual side usb slots for charging. Battery life is 12 hours. Good 2nd laptop for working from home or for children that need a laptop for elearning. Its great for quick email checks, surfing the internet or watching movies. Not equipped for extensive gaming. Color is nice, great build quality and overall a great value. One change request is to make the keyboard backlit. I do recommend this product.

I am very unhappy with this purchase !
This only worked for 5 months before shutting off on me constantly . Took it to a computer repair shop and payed $25 to find that something inside had quit working and could not be fixed . Very unhappy and disapointed . Will never buy this brand again .

    I like this laptop its a very great affordable laptop for things you just need in general. Its great for office work, school, and other things that arent things such as gaming. I really enjoyed this and for the price its worth the money. Go Get It

    It was a Mother's Day gift from my husband, I never had a chrome before so I was excited to play around with it! it was easy to sit up the speaker is loud and clear the mouse is easy to control it also has many different cool features and it's very light weight, I love that it comes with a protective sleeve..

    Great package deal
    Comes with a durable case with an additional front pouch. A wireless mouse is included and the computer was easy to set up. It's basic but if you are just looking to do stuff online it works great. I've had good luck with battery life of Chromebooks, hoping this one is the same. Overall I'm really happy with this purchase.

    Was supposed to be a touchscreen - it is not. Was not shipped the method it was supposed to be -came by a different carrier 3 weeks later than original delivery date. Is not new 2021 or 2020 - is 2018 that is no longer supported by Microsoft. Can't get Google Play store on it and that's why we bought it for our granddaughter. Disappointed.

    great budget chromebook
    I did research on this before i bought it and knew its biggest problems were the trackpad and no touch screen. The trackpad is not as bad as it is made out to be, it does lag a touch and can be a bit weird at times but a good wireless mouse can fix that, and i dont care about touch screens. I ordered this product on a tuesday and it is currently sunday and I am charging it for the first time. I left it on the whole week, with multiple tabs open, just to test out how well it would handle different load scenarios. I was impressed that the response time of the screen when i opened the computer was fast and the processor did not see any slow down after essentially 5 days of running straight. I did like works on it for the entire week, in total probably 8 hours of basic typing searching and browsing. Great value chromebook I would highly recommend. Now i got this on a deal and it came with a wireless mouse and sleeve so the value was further increased, regardless a great value computer for the regular price.

    Great Decision
    I don't often do reviews but I absolutely love this thing, I bought it to replace an old laptop I use in my shop. It is used mainly for parts and tool searches and watching You-Tube videos. I also use Google Docs to edit spreadsheets and word documents. It literally boots up in a few seconds. It is so light it's easy to throw it in its case and take it with me. Battery life is awesome and it uses the new universal usb as a charging port. It came with a wireless mouse, I just can't get use to using the pads. I really couldn't be happier, oh and I almost forgot the big one $219!!!!
