5 starts for what is intended to do !
i give it 5 stars for what is intended to do, i purchased this laptop with the intentions of using it for graphic design. it didn't work ! BUT that was my mistake . now this laptop is an everyday normal use, for streaming online like netflix , hullu, and youtube etc. it is a great budget laptop . checking your email works very good . using microsoft work good only if you intend to work on microsoft office and have one tab on web browsing .. u can push having more tabs on but eventually it will start draining your ram and start having slow responses. i recommend this laptop for normal use , not for designing nor editing . i didn't use the video calling so i don't know how well it works for skype and messenger video calling , sorry. hope this helps figuring out if this laptop works for you or not, I'm not a tech savvy but i try to do as much research with every purchase, "after i buy them" lol .

A Big Disappointment
DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER! I bought this to replace my 10-year old Toshiba. I don't need a lot, but I thought that a decade of development would at the very least give me a computer that was faster and had a better camera. This computer delivered neither. It was no faster and the camera was a joke. Plus, I couldn't just boot it up and start setting it up. It required "registration" that took the better part of an hour, accompanied by too-cute and condescending vocal prompts. At least the return process was easy.

    Problems from Day 1…
    Had problems from the first day with this laptop! Got it setup and it wouldn't let me register the laptop with ASUS, wouldn't recognize my password. So I thought “forget it, I just won't try to register it then”. I finally was able to do some online banking on it last night, check my emails and print off a recipe on my printer. Thought everything was going to work properly, until today. Now it won't even recognize my initial sign- in password, even after several restarts of the computer. So, it's all bagged up and will be taken back to Walmart tomorrow for a refund. I had this computer for 4 days.

    updates to Windows 11, negative review incorrect
    I am reviewing this mostly point out that it does update to Windows 11 and it does a pretty good job in Windows 11. The most popular negative review states that it does not update, and that is incorrect. As to the device, it is a budget notebook. it is 100% adequate for email and reading the news and even for some writing. YouTube functions on it very well. I play some games with undemanding graphics and it works very well for that, but I would not recommend this for heavy gaming or for online group gaming. I bought this because I thought it would be a good cheap laptop to put Linux on, but I am so happy with the windows 11 that it updated to that I'm going to find another cheap laptop for Linux.

    Not a bad laptop, but not a very good one ether.
    The display screen doesn't measure all the colors in the color spectrum! The Microsoft Windows 11 s mode is slow and interferes with some of the Windows apps. The construction of the laptop is strong, but the plastic console is made out of recycled plastic, which gives the laptop a cheep look! The laptop is over priced for it's real value.

    I purchased this computer 5/28/22, I've only made 2 payments. It stopped working, it wont turn on. The return window ran out on 6/27/22. I set it all up for me and it has all my files on it BUT basically its garbage. I guess you get what you pay for OR in my case what I haven't finished paying for yet...I'm very disappointed.

    KB's need to be by the opening of laptop.
    Im not use to laptops. I'm use to kb being edge of desk. On laptop, wish kb, was not up by the screen, but closer to opening of the laptop. It takes b some getting use to. Had to get a cordless mouse, not fond of the touch pad. But at least no have a backup for my pc, if for some reason, need to use it alot more.

    It is so slow right when I got it it ask for a lot of updates as I was up dating it it had got stuck then I had to shut it down then reopen it then it worked it is not what it said you can not update it windows 11 on it and I just got it to day buy it at your own risk

    Awesome laptop for entertainmen and recording musi
    I was hoping it could handle my software and it does no problem. I write and record music and it's not slow like I expected but quite fast. I had to take it out of S mode but was just a click and everything I've installed works great. For the price I'm surprised at the quality of it and it's got a nice big screen which is really nice

    The Intel PENTIUM inside makes it above all others
    I loved this computer so much, I bought one for my wife!! Note: the sound is not as loud other comparable laptops, and the keys do not light up, like others, as well.

    Perfect computer for me. Priced right.
    All is good with the computer. I brought it to work on a business that require saving pdfs type documents. Did not want to overload my other computer. So far it is great. Doing what I need it to do. I am retired in my sixties and wanted something to fill my time. To keep my mind active. The price was right for me. Everything went great with the whole ordering and delivery experience
