This is the second Panasonic blood pressure monitor that I have purchased. My sister visited during the last holiday and needed her bp checked. I got my monitor out to let her use it and she loved the ease and use of it so much that I gave it to her and purchased another for myself.

I returned the item.
I bought the monitor to track my blood pressure but found that the readings were not reliable. I am currently being evaluated by my doctor for hypertension and so needed a device to collect data as she determined whether to put me on medication or not. The reviews on this particular device were very good and so I bought it and used it for a few weeks. On three different visits to a neighborhood clinic, I brought the monitor and had the nurse compare readings on the machine vs. her own. I found that the readings were off - my machine was always higher than her readings, and by a different amount each time. So I could not say just deduct "x points" from the machine's reading to get the proper reading. I am disappointed that this monitor performed poorly and am still on the hunt for another one. And am willing to spend more for reliability, accuracy.

    accurate readings
I've had this for a couple of weeks and compared it at Doctors office works great I'm glad I purchased it. My sister told me about it she purchased one also and had it checked out at Doctors office, If you have high blood pressure and are on medicine, this is great for you to check your blood pressure on regular basis. It is accurate so I would recommend this product.

    Easy to Use
A very easy to use monitor, with simple, easy to read results. I have not had the opportunity to verify the readings, but they are in the right range for my readings based on previous doctor's office visits. The enclosed case makes for an easy way to keep the unit safe and clean when not being used.

    Not for me!
This BP monitor is quite easy to set up and to use. However, the cuff inflates to the point I thought my arm was gonna explode. I loosened it, but it didn't matter -- same thing happened. I have a normal size arm, so it's not like trying to fit the cuff on a very large arm. I'm returning it.

    Excellent Product
The packaging is easy to open. The batteries were easy to install. The sleeve is easy to put on your arm. The readings are taken automatically, and you can put them into memory with the push of a button. I love the compactness of being able to put it all in the travel case.

    Professional Grade
Very easy to use, with accurate and repeatable readings. Cuff goes on the upper arm like in the doctor's office, but can easily be done with one hand. The meter sits on the table in front of you with extra large numbers. Definitely a step up from the wrist mounted units. When you get any model or manufacturer's unit, take it to your doctor's office and compare the results. Start by knowing the unit is accurate (most aren't).

Very Easy to Use and Read
I have not checked the results with my Doctor yet, but overall the unit is very easy to use and to read. The cuff is very easy to use too because it is preshapped. You can actually just slide the cuff right on once you have the correct fitting for your arm. The only Cons would be it doesn't store the date or time of the reading and it will only store readings for one person. Two people can use it but you wouldn't be able to store both persons readings.

    Great for Nurses
I do a lot of blood pressures daily at work and it is very time consuming to do manually. Also, when I got into a patients room and they have visitors talking or the TV blaring it is difficult to listen for the manual blood pressure. I decided to purchase this cuff after reading reviews of it's accuracy and I am not disappointed. I took it out of the box and took a manual blood pressure on my husband and then used this automatic one, it was very close! All of my colleagues wanted to try it out and when they got a high reading they automatically thought it was the faulty cuff. It wasn't! This cuff gets pretty tight and can be uncomfortable, but it is better than having to take the blood pressure 2 or 3 times if you were unable to hear the manual reading. I would definitely buy again, and believe most of my colleagues will be buying one!

Works well, easy instructions professional quality
Arrived fast, well packaged, batteries were fresh, clear instructions. This wasn't the cheapest but I wanted a name brand for quality assurance. Turned on and worked well the first. The readings were very close to the ones I use at my medical center. Have used it for about a week now, several times a day, with no issues. Good product for a very good price. Pay a few dollars more and get a quality one like this.
