Wonderful Television
My household has been needing another Smart TV for quite a while Amazing lightweight television that can be mounted to your wall if you choose. I absolutely love the Vizio V-series 55' tv it well exceeded my expectations,! Ultra HD color spectrum is honest to goodness perfect! Equipped with automatic updates & features. Works with Google assist. & you can stream & more rright from your phone has hands free tv voice control. So exciting to be able to hook it up & within 5 minutes the apps installed on it start working immediately. it connected to my Wi-Fi services extremely fast and I was able to watch live TV on an app that's already. installed great sound wonderful picture quality very lightweight

1yr manufacturer defect warranty is weak
So I purchase a 70" television and to no fault of my own the screen display quits displaying properly. So I'm inconvenienced by a defect in a product Visio built and I purchased. So as a courtesy to me Visio isn't going to send me a new product but rather send me a used floor model? And if thats not insulting enough, they aren't going to then warranty the product for another year against manufacturer defects? So in the end I've lost faith in visio, im inconvenienced, they provide me a used product and ill have about a week of warranty off my old broken TV that they'll utilize as a warranty. So I'm left thinking if my first product broke within the first year how am I to feel assured the second used tv provided is going to last.. and now I won't have any warranty coverage. So I even offered to purchase an upgraded version by paying the difference out of my pocket. I was declined. I certainly am not feeling like a valued customer at all. But rather visio is leaving me feeling like I'm the one inconveniencing them and they just want done with me and any responsibility of their workmanship. What ever happened to appliances lasting 10 years like they used to?

    Great View All in One Place
    I love the versatility of this product and especially the 4K Quality. I love how I can watch tv or listen to music on my apps, use my cable, display pics or powerpoints. I even use it with my computer for the biggest screen ever. Believe me, I am enjoying it with so much to watch and do it's my best device choice. Thanks. It's more than just a tv, It's a Vizio!!

    problems
    i purchased my 55" Vizio and within a year it went kuput. Vizio sent me a refurbished 55" tv. now i am waiting for Vizio to send me a brand new 55" tv to replace the refurbished one that they sent to me in replace of the one i purchased that went kuput within a year. i am really satisified with Vizio's customer service as all techs and supervisors is have talked to have treated me fantastic and helped me. as to their practice of replacing onrginally purchased tv that go kuput within the warranty timeline with refurbished tv, it stinks. again i am very sastified with Vizio's customer service and when my tv is not screwing up, i really am satisfied with the picture and operation of it.

    Great product
    I'm extremely happy with all 4 of my Visio tv's. My kids broke 2 in the past and 1 recently and my original turned out to get outdated years after I bought it. I stick by Vizio for gaming and movies. I just wish the screens weren't easily cracked. So I'm down to 3 at the moment. Buy one you won't regret it. Unless your kids are destructive.

    I love Vizio, and its products, but....
    I bought this TV because of its listed features. The smart apps, the watch free feature, and most of all, because it was a Vizio. Shortly after I got the television, I noticed some small glitches, audio missing, or audio not aligning with the picture on the screen. I dismissed these as shotty internet service, and kind of just learned to live with it. Fast forward several months, I purchased another television, this one not a Vizio, although it has all the same features. I connected the television to my internet, which is the same as the internet I use on the Vizio. With this newer television, everything works PERFECTLY. No glitchyness, no missing audio, or mis-aligned audio. Just absolute perfection. So I decide to take it a step further. This time, taking my Vizio to a friends house to use it to watch a sporting event. We get it connected to his internet, and lo-and-behold, the same glitchy issues. Audio doesn't align, missing audio, and some apps don't function at all. I have tried resetting the entire television, more than once. I tried rebooting, Updating. Nothing. Still all the same glitchy issues. This TV was cheaper than others in the same size range, and now I completely see why. Lucky for me I got a protection plan.

    My vizio
    I love my 50" 4k vizio.I Havre always bought vizio since the first time I ever bought one.this is the one time that I bought a vizio that has a problem.in the center and around the edge of half of the tv it is really white,I don't think it's vizio's fault though.I think it might have been the way it was handled during shipping.Ill never know,Aside from all that I have never had a problem with vizio,I'll just shop a little smarter next time.     I ordered this tv. It has a beautiful picture. However it was delivered damaged. I contacted WalMart and they scheduled a replacement but that couldn't be issued until the damaged one was delivered. The shipping company missed three appointments to pick up the damaged tv. So, TWO MONTHS later we finally get the replacement. And it's completely SHATTERED.

    Doesn't have many Apps for Smart TV
    After hours of reviews and checking I thought this TV would be perfect. It is perfect in some ways like size and picture but the smart TV part lacks majorly. It only has about 4 apps and you cant add more. Uoi cant add HBO or any of those apps which are all the ones we use. So we had to get a Roku to go with it which if I knew that I could have saved money and just bought a regular Tv instead of paying extra for the smart tv features.
