Great Product!
This grill is built well, is easy to maintain and cooks wonderfully. It also appears to be easy to replace parts when the time comes. Definitely a solid purchase!

Cuisinart does not back this product!
It keeps tripping my breaker, Which Ive changed to new GFCI. any other appliances works on it fine. Change the hot rod, went though troubleshooting video sent by Cuisinart and thats all the help that Cuisinart has giving me. No response to my phone call or email. A waste of money stuck with a new broken grill. Customer service and 3 year warranty is a joke! Going to buy a Reqtec

    Too good to past up!
I was not in the market for a pellet grill. I have a charcoal, which i prefer, & a propane that i also used as a griddle. This grill was on display & after looking it over, I could not past it up. Other pellet grills only have about a half of the top opens. For myself, being tall I would have to bend over to check all my items i was cooking. This grill opens like a traditional grill. It has a large grilling surface with an extra rack above the main grill area, so i have plenty of grilling surface. The glass in the top allows me to see what i am cooking. I have never had a grill with built in lights, I love it. The grill gets to temperature faster than my charcoal. I like the constant temperature monitoring with the app that connects me to the grill. It came with (2) probes so you can monitor grill temp, & 2 other items temp at the same time. It came with a griddle, charcoal tray, & ceramic briquettes. The grill has logical places to store these items on each end. I can do all in one what i was doing with 2 grills. I have not used them yet, but once the weather cooperates, I plan on using the flat top & do some searing. The hopper holds 30 lbs of pellets. I can buy a 30 lb bag & no need to store the small amount left in any bag. The grill is nice to look at. The large screen on the front is easy to read. The side shelf is adequate. I am looking forward to no rainy days to get back on my deck & start grilling.

    Best grill ever!!
Outstanding grill/smoker. I've smoked chicken, pork butts, Mac and cheese, even cream cheese on my new Cuisinart grill. The temperature probes take all the guess work out. No losing all my heat with regular thermometers. I've even used it when it was only 10° outside with no problems. I can't recommend this grill enough.

    Multi-Functional Dynamite!
Extremely Versitile! Love the Sear function, the built in lights and the LARGE pellet hopper! BUT… Especially the ability to clean out the fire box/pit without pulling it all apart to get to it.

Great unit for the cost & options!
I only give this a 4 star due to the short amount of time that i have had this as well as the fact that i had to replace the heating rod, it keep popping the GFI. However i must say it was very easy to contact Cuisinart and get a fast replacement, that did correct the issue. I have done several long as well as fast cooks on this and have tested 3 of the 4 options (have not used the griddle) . As with most pellet grills you do not get much smoke flavor however I did place a stainless steel pellet tray in the lower right end of the grill and did get much more smoke flavor. Also like all pellet grills i would use caution not to load more pellets then you need, I did alter the wire safety guard in the pellet hopper to allow easy removal when emptying out the excess pellets however I think it is better to only load what you need or empty extras near the end of your cook and run out any leftovers all pellet grills suck to try and clear a pellet jam and the best way to avoid one is empty all pellets and cover your grill / smoker once it cools down. I had a chargiller smoker prior and returned it due to the lack of low temperature control this I must say does a very good job of holding lower temperatures I only wish it could go below 200. I do see some of the other things others have ragged on this about but for the price and features I think it is a great unit!

It's been perfect so far after 4 wks of heavy use
It's been probably about 4 weeks now that I have owned this grill and it's used 3-4 times a week. I would consider it being used a lot. Mostly use it at temps between 200-250 most of the time and it performs well. Keeps temps within 5 degrees of set temperature from my experience. Outside temperature is about 85-90 but it's kept and used under a built in patio kitchen. I bought a pitboss but the LCD panel went out 3 days after using it so I decided to buy a different brand and found the woodcreek and love it.

1 Year Cuisinart Wood Creek 4 in1 Grill Review
I have had my grill just short of a year and try to use it 3 times per week. I have read the reviews and agree with some of the negatives such as rusting or rain issues but the bottom line is this grill rocks for the money, In fact, nothing comes close on the market. This grill can smoke on low, grill or griddle, sear along with a charcoal option. Completely versatile. The grill is built like a tank with an extremely heavy lid and a huge cooking area for larger cooks. The grill is loaded with features such as cast-iron grills, lights, a window, and an app. The pellet hopper is huge and can handle an all-day cook. I have done pretty much everything from brisket to fish and even breakfast. It is an awesome grill. Pros Built Like a tank. It's a couple of hundred pounds. Heavy-duty glass window and cast iron grills. The side griddle it comes with is huge and super heavy duty. After seasoning it has been awesome. 2 built-in temp gauges that store in the pellet hopper. Really cool.  Blutooth App has worked fine for me. Comes with a charcoal tray and can be lit using the fire pit to get them going. Great feature. Can grill from low smoke to high sear.   Rolls nicely and has storage below. Grills nicely and is a pretty decent smoker which I do weekly. Cons The grill is not sealed at the hopper and will create a huge nightmare if it gets rained on causing the auger to lock up and you will have to take it apart and maybe even replace it.   The inside frame and heat plates have rusted and require cleaning regularly to eliminate the rusting chips from blowing when the fan is on. I personally wrap them in foil every few grills to keep it lasting.  As long as you clean regularly this has not affected performance. The grill only adjusts by 25 degrees and can not be dialed in like some premium grills. The app is Bluetooth and would be better served with WiFi for me. The pellet sensor beeps at times when it's full. A bit annoying but you can unplug or adjust it to get it to stop. I had to replace the ignitor for the fire pit. These burn out and I do use my grill almost daily so that might be standard.  Lasts is you can not make adjustments for venting the smoke. Does not have a traditional air air adjustment. Though this has been an awesome smoker and not really to big of an issue for me. I did learn the hard with the auger and locked it up from the rain. Now I use a cover and clean it regularly with a shop vac. Other than that I really love this grill.  It's loaded with cool smart features and is amazing to cook on. For the money, there is nothing that compares. I would much rather have this than a Traeger and this grill is more versatile than the Camp Chefs etc.   My next grill will cost over $1200 for the smaller Recteq or $2600 for the Yoder. Until then I will keep this bad boy going. I do highly recommend this grill.

    Not very well built
This grill will not last very long. I've Had to replace the Auger box and the fire stick within the first six months.
