Buy this grill!
This little grill is awesome! It doesn't have too many bells and whistles that you do not really need anyway. Just the basics to get the grilling done!

    It is a typical Char broil grill. The burners are already rusting. The paint is peeling inside the lid. The grill has been covered with a waterproof cover since the day I bought it. I am not very impressed with this brand. I won't buy one again.

    I also purchased the assembly of this Grill..........The assembly person showed up on time, completed the assembly in less than 2 hours, and did an outstanding job. I wish I could have the same assembly person for my next grill.

    Excellent grill!
    Excellent grill!!! Not difficult to assemble (took about 3-4 hours by myself but I'm not particularly handy and was constantly distracted; a normal, focused person could probably do it easily in 1-2 hours). I've been using it every day for the 5 days I've had it now. Burgers, jumbo dogs, boneless whole turkey breasts all have come out perfect. Cooked a package of bacon over a cheap Expert Grill roasting pan last night - wow! Do note that this grill is very efficient, puts out a lot of heat and cooks fast, so tend to it closely as you gain experience with it. Highly recommended!!! (This item was actually sold by "IPC Store". Great experience and very quick shipping.)

    Grill uses indirect heat
    The Char Broil gas grill has 3 burners so you can adjust temperature by turning knobs to different settings. I chose this grill because of so many high reviews but it takes awhile getting used to the convective cooking system which uses indirect heat. Food is supposed to go on the burner that does not have the flame very high and it cooks using the other burners. The first 3-4 times I grilled, I burnt the food. I have been getting better at it and the food is delicious. I do not yet have the knack at getting a good sear on the meat without putting it over the flame. Meats, along with corn on cob, come out more moist and tender using this grill I opted to not have a burner on outside so I could have more space. The grill is rust resistant which is great for me because I sometimes forget to put on the cover.

    Great grill!
    Assembly was simple. Easy to operate. I had smaller version before this, so I was used to cooking without a thermometer. This version is more open underneath, making replacement of the gas canister much easier.

    Nice product. Awful assembly instructions.
    I purchased this grill and when I started reading through the instructions they weren't clear at all. They're actually more of a diagram with no words and the images take some doing to make out what they're indicating you should do. It took a few hours to get this together and it's really a nice end product. If the instructions were clearer I would have given it a higher rating.
