Eay to assemble and use
Very easy to put together with just a couple of tools. I love that each burner can be ignited separately and not rely on flame tubes. Another great feature is the way that the control knobs are "notched" so that you can set them to a specific point. The grill heats up much more quickly than my previous one thus cutting down on gas used.

Arrived damaged (dented).
The grill arrived badly dented in several places. Either shipped as dented or dent aquirwd duromg shipping. This item shouldbe purchased as a shipped item.

    Bad grease tray design.
    Love the grill and it's looks but the grease tray underneath is a bit too close to the flame tube and that causes a whole lot of flare ups.

    The best grill
    I like the stainless steel grates that are easy to clean. The cast iron are rough to clean. The side burner I love because I have a black stone griddle with side burner that small pan go right through. The grill heats up fast so you can cook your pizza in short amount of time.

    Very disappointed!
    I am very disappointed with this grill. I had previously owned a Char-Broil grill, Commercial, and was assuming the quality would be the same. I inspected the delivery box and there was no damage. After starting to assemble I saw there was a dent in the front panel where dials are and then I find a dent in the vent on the left side. When the assembly was complete I discovered the igniter did not work! Sooo disappointed in Char-Broil.

    Check your product upon arrival.
    I purchased this for my husband for his birthday, so we didn't open it for a few weeks. I was disappointed to find that it looked like someone took a hammer to it. There are dents and dings all over it. It is too big and awkward to return, so we decided to live with it. However, I am disappointed I paid $350 for something that looks like it is second hand.

    Really good BBQ grill so far
    I have given it a 4 star rating due to the fact I have only had it for three (3) weeks. I came intact and took about one (1) hour to assemble. Assembly was fairly easy. It seems like a well designed unit. We have used it about five time so far, and , so far so good. It cooks the food evenly ang it has a lot of room for a lot of food. Crisp on the outside and juicy inside. The grill heats up very quickly which is very nice. As with most BBQ grills time is the main factor relative to the quality. So in about a year or so a better review could be made. Lately I have been using Walmart rather than Amazon to purchase products. In my opinion Walmart is more reliable and able to ship most products quicker than Amazon. Their return policy and pricing is as good or better than Amazon. So far we are happy with this grill.

    4 burner grill
    Had it only a few days but so far so good. Not too bad to assemble. My 17 year old did it alone. Hope it is sturdy for years. It is the perfect size for us.

    Good grill for the price.
    I am very pleased with the appearance, and the ability to assemble as described and designed. Unfortunately the the packaging did not protect it from the rigors of shipping and the front panel took a pretty bad beating in transit. seriously considered returning it for another. If it were an all black grill vs. Stainless the damage would not have been so prevalent.

    Excellent Grill, Buy It Pe-assembled
    When finally assembled, this four burner Char-Broil Grill is great. The assembly process itself leaves something to be desired. The assembly instructions lack helpful written directions and rely almost exclusively on drawings. Parts are numbered in the instructions but not numbered on the actual parts in the box. Not a big deal because the parts are pretty obvious. Positioning of several of the bolts is difficult and require very long, thin fingers to insert and are troublesome to tighten. There is more body contortioning required than I preferred. I agree with those that say that they will buy their next grill fully assembled. The finished product what I hoped it would be a works well.
