2 for 3 works better

Rusts very quickly
We bought this grill in August and used it about 3 times before putting it away for Fall/ Winter. It was stored with the charbroil cover and was stored inside a shed for fall/winter. In the Spring we took it out to find a lot of rust. Called the manufacturer to find that rust on the body (inside or outside) is not covered. They replaced the "burners" (the part the flame comes out of) but sadly that was it. For a grill costing almost $300, I expected a lot more!

    Best Grill I Have Owned
    Simple to assemble, easy to season, cooks very evenly, easy clean up. Infared is definitely the way to go, no flare ups and the best burgers, steak, chicken and ribs I have ever grilled

    Never BURN anything again!!!
    Great grill. Never has a grill heated so quickly and cook so fast. The meats always turn out juicy and tender. It's almost impossible to burn anything as ther are no more flare-ups to worry about. Thanks for creating a great product.

    I'm hooked on Infrared
    This is my second CharBroil infrared grill and I like it very much. My previous grill was a different technology and I'm encouraged that CharBroil appears to have improved the heat transfer system. Time will tell; my earlier model's striking system was replaced twice; once under warranty and once a bit later by me. Other than that, the system was working when I replaced it with this one. Love the high temperature on steaks; love the control when cooking chicken or veggies.

    Grill has rusted out within 5 years.
    Good cooking grill but didn't hold up. Keep grill out of the weather and the inside the braces that holds the grates have rusted end to.

    Pretty Good
    Pretty good grill, and I've had several in the last 20 years. Make sure to get a nylon brush for the grill grates (dont use wire on the ceramic plated ones that you actually cook on). But, use a wire brush for the infrared grates (or whatever they are called) underneath. This grill (although seems small), cooked 11 filets at the same time and the heat was consistent enough for me to cook them ALL at the same time and get pretty consistent temps (med to med rare) for each. This was on the 2nd time used it (tested with chicken the night before). Based on the guide, it should even get better with consistency over time. Also, make sure to season it as the guide says. I just used spray canola oil. I'm satisfied with this product.

    I bought this grill a month ago to replace my previous CharBroil grill, which I had for about 6 years. The emitters keep an even heat anywhere on the grate, making it very easy to cook.

    Not as pictured.
    The sides and shelves are not stainless. Putting it together was difficult, and a couple of areas were poorly designed. Had to use duct tape to keep drip tray in place and the piece for the igniter is too short to screw in place through the round hole behind the door so rather than attach to the cabinet it hangs free. I was disappointed for the price but it does a beautiful job grilling steaks.
