Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service- One of our 3 packages was lost and they basically said it was our responsibility to deal with it. We obviously can't do anything with 2/3 of a patio set, including return it. The company has been more than unwilling to help with the situation. I can't speak to the quality of the furniture, because I don't even have it. However, I would avoid ever purchasing from this company ever again.

    Very cheap product, low quality
    I purchased two of these sets, spent around $1,200 but it's not worth it. It didn't even last a year. Attached are the pictures, I believe it happened due to the heat, but it's not that hot in NYC Anyway would never ever buy from this company anymore

    Very unhappy with product. Its cheap looking, much smaller than expected. The cushions are super thin and gives no support as you can feel the steel bar underneath. The back is too straight. So you will need to buy lumbar pillows for it to be comfortable. It took 3 hours to assemble. Very over proces for what you get

    A decent purchase. Very convenient cushion storage
    The back is shorter than I expected, but other than that, it's great! I really like the storage unit. I've been keeping the pillow cushions in there. Water does get in after a really big rain though. I plan to put a piece of plexiglass on top of it to prevent that.

    Horrible Purchase!!!! Don't buy protection plan!!!
    Extremely hard to put together. The hardware rusted after 1 rain and did not fit set. Came already scratched. Reached out to CSR via email and phone and never get a response.

    So far so good.
    I like the set so far but it is not an accurate opinion when you've owned it less than a week. I don't know how well it is going to hold up. I do like the looks, the quality seems good but I do not like the cushions. They are thin and cheap looking and add no cushion to sit on.

    Bad instructions , happy w/ appearance
    What we didnt like is they sent the wrong instructions with it. They were for a different set. My husband finally figured it out after much frustration. But we love the set. We upgraded to the better cushions when we ordered it, well worth it !

    Happy with purchase.
    Happy with purchase. A bit of a doozy to assemble though. But instructions were very clear. Arrived earlier than promised. Unfortunately cloth bag to line the ottoman was missing. Otherwise all was fine.
