Accurate Blood Pressure records are vital
I am managing three very difficult health situations of which dealing effectively with spiking blood pressure is key. The Omron 10 series blood pressure monitor with its three stage system gives the user a truly accurate reading. The machine takes three separate readings with each use then averages the three to give the patient true numbers to manage medication well. Not all machines do the average sequencing testing method thus can give questionable readings. If the user is serious about understanding their situation this is the monitor that can put control of their reality effectively. It is easy to put our heads in the sand hoping that progressive disorders and diseases will some how magically go away. The truth is we can manage so many issues by knowing the truth and working a plan to reinforce our lives. Good luck to you.

I'm 72 years old and have been using the Omron 10 now for about two weeks. It seems to be very accurate The one thing I like is, that it takes three readings one minute apart. This gives me an average for that period of three minutes. Keeps a record. The cuff was different than I had expected. The cuff is preformed to go around your arm and then snugged down by velcro. I haven't taken it to my doctor to compare it with theirs, but the readings seem to be within my normal range. I would recommend the Omron 10 .

    Reading was comparable to manual.
    I researched many bp machines before choosing this one for my parents. I'm a cardiac RN. Recently my mom was more well. I check her bp and heart rate manually as well not believing the #s. They were exact with this Omron. I took my mom to the ER that night. She was diagnosed with pneumonia. The last Omron last3d over 12 years. Reliable.

    Omron blood pressure 10 series
    Had to replace a 10 year old omron that finally gave out. Tried several other brands, but they were very inconsistent, so I bought this one. It is consistent and easy to use. The arm band fits my average size arm and works well for my wife as well. THE FIT OF THE ARM CUFF IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE A POOR FIT RESULTS IN ERRONEOUS READINGS. This model has features I will probably never use, but the primary goal was to get accurate readings--get the same results from the doctors' office. I use the battery power feature, but it does come with a power adapter as well. Ordered on line (was cheaper than purchase at the store) and received it with 2 day free shipping--packed well.

    Omron 10 series blood pressure monitor
    I asked my Doctor what he considered a very good quality, easy to use blood pressure monitor with a large cuff. He immediately responded by writing a note stating "Omron blood pressure monitor with adjustable cuff". I took his advice and checked the internet. Walmart had the best price and delivered it with a few days. It is easy to use, runs on either batteries or AC power, and records readings for two people separately. If readings are high yellow lights appear, if the readings are normal the same lights are green. Both the BP readings and pulse rate are displayed in large easy to read results on the screen. For $65. it can't be beat for price and ease of use.

    1. PLUG AC ADAPTER JACK INTO WALL OUTLET ( DID NOT NEED / USE BATTERIES FOR BASIC USE ) AND OTHER END OF WIRE INTO THE MONITOR. 2. INSERT AIR TUBE INTO MONITOR. 3. PLACE CUFF ON LEFT ARM ABOVE ELBOW AND WRAP VELCRO ONTO CUFF. 4. PRESS "START / STOP" BUTTON. 5. PRESSURE AND HEART RATE APPEAR IN ABOUT A MINUTE. 6. WRITE DOWN READINGS. 7.     Excellent Choice for Blood Pressure Monitor
    I selected this blood pressure monitor to purchase based on being a top rated monitor. I have not been disappointed. The cuff is designed to fit the arm just right, and it adjusts for larger arms. The digital readout is large, clear, gives the date, time and whether you are person 1 or 2. I particularly like that the monitor gives a red or green indicator for the SYS and the DIA measurement. If the reading is in range, you get a green light; a red light indicates out of range. This monitor will take 3 successive readings and give you the average of the three. This too is a useful feature. It is very user friendly and was easy to set up. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to include a little case for the OMRON BP monitor. Excellent choice. I am very pleased. Walmart had the best price.

    Fantastic Blood Pressure Monitor
    I recently discovered that my dormant hypertension had returned with a vengeance, and since I can't locate my old monitor, I decided to buy a new one. The monitor exceeded my expectations. Not only does it record my readings with the date and time stamp, it also allows for a second person to use the machine and record their own readings. That's very useful when visitors, friends, and family want to see how their blood pressure is. I was worried that the cuff might not be large enough, but it's more than large enough, and I weigh in excess of 300 pounds. I thought I'd had to buy the extra large cuff which is sold separately, but this one was great.

    Excellent Product!
    My doctor suggested I begin monitoring my daily BP readings, so I looked for a well-reviewed product. The Omron 10 is really easy to use. My husband & I can both keep a digital record of our daily readings. It can be either a plug-in or battery powered. If you need a BP monitor, I definitely recommend this one.

    Best Value ever!
    So happy I paid a few dollars extra for the one with the A/C adapter. Has option for larger cuff. Very easy for first time user, large numbers, easy to read & quick start booklet. The programs and memory function work great. Used it at the DR'S office & he was pleased with the results. Had a week of stored readings & we used the booklet to bring them up on monitor. Several functions to pick from and easy to program. I use it 3 X's a day & never worry about a bad reading due to weak battery's. I have the battery's in to keep the readings stored, but don't depend on them if I want a correct reading. Mine is plugged in most of time. If I unplug it to take with me the battery's keep the memory safe. I would never trust a battery operated machine with my life. The cuff inflates automatically.
