safe alternative to tradional canned/bottled healt
stirs fairly easily into the A2 milk i drink, no damaging ingredients/preservatives like canned nutrition shakes have, good price for the amount of product

do not recomment
I wasn't able to have more that 1 portion of this. Taste was awful. Didn't taste like the flavor - salted caramel. Tasted like chalk.

    A product that works
    This product works for me. I like the flavor. It helps curb my appetite. It mixes well with various types of fruit. I sometimes use milk or water depending how I feel.

    Expensive but worth the money!
    I think 310 is expensive but its worth the money, I have tried other meal replacement shakes and 310 nutrition is the best one out on market I love how smooth it is and its not gritty like others that I have tried, it tastes great and it keeps me pretty full. I like the fact that it has no sugar and I like buying the bigger size because it lasts for a couple months.
