Good fiber, versatile noodle
I ordered the Miracle Noodle Shirataki pasta because I have heard so many good things about it. It is a great way to get a little extra fiber into your diet, and they are super easy to use. They have no real taste of their own, so you MUST cook them with some kind of a seasoning or sauce, but the cook quickly and are delicious. I made mine with a beef stir fry in soy sauce and it was great! The package says three services from the 7oz bag, but I don't know how you could split it three ways, I used the noodles twice.

Do not buy
I love Miracle Noodles and buy them regularly from a local grocery store. I ordered a 6 pack from Walmart and the noodles that came were plastic. Cant even chew threw them. Returned and reported to Walmart.

    good good good - these noodle are so versatile and are shelf stable - they "take on" the taste of whatever you add to them ---- READ the instructions on the package so you don't get turned off by the scent of them when you open the package ... it DOES go away

    Don't Buy these noodles
    they come in a package with liquid. You must take them, wash then, put them in the oven to dry them, then put in a dish to hydrate them again. Too much trouble.

    So glad I found these!
    Saw these on the Drew Barrymore show and immediately ordered. I was not disappointed! As a Type 1 diabetic on a low carb diet I am always looking for a low carb pasta and these fit all the criteria. I will always keep them in my kitchen and have ordered multiple times already!

    Great for low carb diets!
    Works GREAT for a low carb diet! Doe not stink like some of the other noodles do (the rice does tho). No taste by themselves, so they pick up the flavor of what you combine them with.

    Half of the bags of noodles were bad upon delivery. The noodles are supposed to be full and moist, but the ones I received were hard and dry. Waist.

    if you follow the package instructions, the rice is not bad. I did make sure that I cooked it for a fairly LONG time in a wok type pan. I added protein and some garlic and soy sauce and for 370 calories I was FULL FULL FULL. I am going to attempt to do stuffed peppers low cal (I may use ground turkey for this) again low cal

    These are fabulous to make and there are many recipes they can be used with. Zero calories and you feel like you are eating pasta. We love them and will order again.

    A cut above the rest!
    Miracle Noodle Shirataki Pasta are definitely a cut above the rest. I have tried many brands but Miracle Noodle has the best texture. They have no taste so they absorb whatever flavors you add to them. They are also filling. Rinse these noodles under cold water and then boil them for two minutes. Some say to pan dry these...I do not, I like towel drying them. I feel that offers the closest texture to pasta. Try these, they're great for low carb!
