Very effective long term relief
The Equate nasal pump works quickly. I get near instantaneous clearing. Two squirts in each nostril provides relief overnight. I use a CPAP machine while I sleep and having a completely clear nasal cavity is important. This spray does the trick. It does feel harsher than other nasal sprays when you administer it, but the discomfort goes away in a few seconds. The advantages of this spray far outweigh the initial unpleasantness. Walmart's price for this formula is less than half price of the chain pharmacies.

Larger size, cheaper price and make my nose burn
Compared to other nose sprays I've used it takes a long time to unstop my nose, in some instances I had to spray it a couple of more times. It didn't make my nose burn tho even if I had to use it more than once.

    great product, so where the heck is it walmart???
    why is this not being restocked, walmart!? ive tried every brand out there, and this is the best nasal spray out of all the brands, for a third of the price! its usually out normally, or low stock, so i know it sells! but, i havent been able to find it this time in store for nearly two months! its rare to find a product for a decent price that actually works...please restock this medicine walmart!

    By far the best one on the market for half the price and double the quantity. The original version is still being restocked, but this hasn't been on the shelves for over 2 MONTHS NOW. For those suffering, Target's equivalent is almost just as good and also under $4, hopefully Walmart will get a clue and realize they're losing business...

    CHILDPROOF BEYOND REASON
    Getting really tired of the devious combination locks you people put on these spray bottles. Minus two stars. Decided to smash the cap with a hammer and keep the inner section. Maybe I'll just epoxy the two pieces together so they don't turn separately. Easier solution: I could buy from a different store.

    Good product, lousy packaging
    I opted to try this as it was so much cheaper than Sinex brand - half the price for twice as much product. It doesn't have the aloe in it like the moisturizing version but the real issue with it but I could live with that. However the packaging is horrible - the cap "screws" on/off. That would be ok if that mechanism actually worked. Equate - you gotta fix the cap!!! I won't buy this product again for that reason alone. The product is fine, works great but your packaging so so frustrating that I just can't do it. No matter how much money I save.
