Convenient
Very nice grill. Though I have no need for the side burner. And wish it has storage like a drawer for grilling utensils. Its not simple but easy to put it together. My 13-year old did it. You do need to use the standard charcoal, not natural wood, because wood is in different sizes and its hard to layer it evenly to put the grate on top, and as it burned larger pieces create more heat. The pull down door in the front allows easy access to turn the gas on/off without having to go around the grill.

Not good at all, I have a couple more pics
The grill is dented is a couple of spots. Delivered on Thursday and put together today, Friday. Very disappointed.

    Great grill - Need better assembly instructions
    It works great! I LOVE Char-2-coal FREEDOM to use charcoal or gas. Assembly instructions and youtube videos are not great, tough. If there is an App with step by step assembly instructions in english, I couldn't find it.

    Good not Great
    Assembly was about 2 1/2 hours by myself a helping hand wound have cut down that time. Everything fit together as would call " close enough " . Busted only one mounting screw but I'll use a pop rivet. Gas runs on the Hot side even with all burners on low. Haven't used charcoal yet.

    Loving it so far. I know the grill is close to the charcoal so let your coals simmer down before you place your meat on the grill. I also fill only half of the coal tray if you're just grilling a few items. The coals burn for hours! So easy to light up! Grates are easy to clean.

    Great Grill
    This is a wonderful grill. Have used both gas and charcoal, both fuels work very well. The control on the gas grill lets you slow cook, or quick sear. The 3 controls work great together, and also very well on their own. The Charcoal section is close to the grates which makes searing very easy. You can leave a couple of the charcoal sections empty which gives you a cool spot to slow cook. Heats up quickly and can get super hot, or steady low temp for roasting. Out performs my Weber Gas Grill due to its versatility. Will see how durable it is over time. Got a cover with it, grill and cover have been a great investment.

    Uneven heating
    Unfortunately it heats unevenly. I didn't know anything about grills and thought this may be normal. I'm trying to figure out how to fix it but I shouldn't need to do this after two months.

    Best Grill Ever
    This grill is great since you can cook with charchol or gas. I absolutly love this Grill. I ordered the Rotisserie for it and can now also cook using the rotisserie. Well made and built to last. When I need help Charbroil is there with helpful information. Lights easy and cooks evenly.
